2. Attendance- see attached sign in sheet 3. The minutes from the previous Board meeting were read and approved. 4. The balance in the Treasurer’s Report was: $6167.31 5. Unfinished Business a. Service Agreement Forms- Still missing from Alayna and Bailey. Alayna turned hers in. b. Builders Club Dinner- May 27 at 6:30 p.m. Please try to attend. Jessie will be giving a speech. Maggie has written a letter. c. Next club newsletter- By Liam, Maggie, Nick, Paige, Alayna each have articles due by the end of the week. d. Dinner of Talents donation to Kiwanisi. Bailey moved that we donate $2500 to the Kiwanis Eliminate Project. Seconded. Passed. 6. New Business a. Relay for Lifei. Fundraising- In front of Ray’s on May 25th. Sign-ups were taken. ii. Actual event on May 30th- See sign-up sheets.

CNH|KEY CLUB b. End-of-the-year Awards Nighti. Yearbook- Talked about whether or not to go to hardbound and larger for next year. Took an informal vote and it was pretty much tied, so we’re thinking about sticking to the softbound paperback format. c. June calendari. June Kiwanis Board meeting- Lillian is going. ii. ICON fundraisers- At Friday Night Live, and in front of Ray’s, selling See’s. iii. Lions Club Golf Tournament- helping from 8 a.m. to noon with actual tournament. iv. DLT meeting & ICON meeting- At 5:00 p.m. in Santa Rosa on June 9th. v. Food Bank & DCM- On Saturday, June 13th. We need most of our officers to attend. vi. Kiwanis Governor’s Brunch- June 20th; meet at CHS at 8:00 a.m. Seven members indicated an interest in going. Cost is $20 per attendee. vii. Calendar questions1. Club meeting- Do we want a club meeting over the summer… no 2. Garden project at the Senior Center- Start on June 8th. 3. Table painting on campus- Start on June 10th. viii.
