ne key element that allows any business endeavor to thrive and survive in this highly competitive automotive aftermarket is adaptability. Over the years, I have worked with various automotive aftermarket companies and witnessed how most, if not all, adapted to changes and challenges in order to survive. Like fashion, there are always new car customization trends and aftermarket wheel styles and tire models. Even before the whole 4x4 setup became mainstream, Dubshop already had numerous off-road wheels and tires to choose from. But since they foresaw it as the emerging trend, they brought in high-quality suspension lift kits and shock absorbers, making it a one-stop shop. That prompted Dubshop to evolve into Dubshop Pro Off-Road Shop with several branches located in
Banawe, Quezon City, Makati City and numerous provincial partners. Now that’s what I call adaptability with a touch of business savvy. PLEASE GIVE US A BRIEF BACKGROUND AS TO HOW RAFFA WHEELS CAME TO BE?
The reason behind Raffa Wheels is pretty simple; I wanted to make some cool wheel designs, which combine sporty, and stance fashion. WHO CONCEPTUALIZES EACH WHEEL AND HOW DO YOU COME UP WITH SUCH INTRICATE AND DETAILED WHEEL DESIGNS?
IT MAY SOUND RELATIVELY NEW, but Raffa Wheels has been the wheel of choice when it comes to extreme automotive styling in Europe where it originated. Owned and managed by a real car enthusiast whose main goal is to simply come up with alternative wheel designs that are in tune with the latest automotive aftermarket trends most especially those into the whole stance movement. Simplicity and sporty are two core concepts that the brand embodies. All designs are inspired by Raffa Wheels’ commitment to technical excellence combining performance and stylish design. All Raffa Wheels are TÜV certified and undergoes stringent TÜV strength tests for utmost quality and safety. Actually I try to make each wheel design simple and clean, so you won’t see any crazy design in the entire Raffa Wheel product range. Finned spokes makes the wheel have that sporty look and light weight. I also avoid using any round angle inside the design. The purpose is making the design sharp and multi level. In my view, it’s the concave design which can fit big calipers is still the main trend and the stepped wheel lip is becoming more and more popular. WHAT ARE YOU AVERAGE WHEEL SIZES AND FOR WHAT VEHICLE APPLICATION?
Our main size is 19”/20”, but most are for European cars like Audi, VW and BMW, but considering Japanese car brand, we also develop 17” and 18” to fit the market. WHAT ARE SOME OF THE MOST POPULAR RAFFA WHEEL DESIGNS AND FOR WHAT VEHICLE?

The ultra lowered stance look in the aftermarket-tuning scene is getting more and more popular and is still the trend still today. Stance’s main concept is to lower the car using air suspension or static setup. It is interesting to note that this trend comes from Europe, but it has somehow gained worldwide popularity due to the internet, so not only for European cars but also Japanese car. So if you’re into stance you will like Raffa Wheels. WHAT ARE THE LATEST WHEEL QUALITY TESTING PROCEDURES THAT EVERY RAFFA WHEEL UNDERGOES?
Everyone knows how German people focus on product quality, but we chose Germany as our first market in Europe. Dubshop @ Overland Expo 2020 TEAM DUBSHOP OFF-ROAD PUTS THEIR PRODUCTS TO THE EXTREME

After three days of off-road trailing and outdoor camping the team managed to finish the event without sustaining a single breakdown or hitch. Batangas Outreach Program DELIVERING RELIEF GOODS FOR HUNDREDS OF EVACUEES FROM TAAL VOLCANO ASIDE FROM BEING FUN UTILITY VEHICLES, four-wheel drive rigs act as
the perfect vehicle to deliver badly needed aid or conduct rescue operations in disaster-stricken places proving its versatility. The recent eruption of Taal Volcano forced many evacuees to seek temporary refuge in Batangas. Sensing the urgent need to deliver relief supplies, this prompted the Pilipinas Offroaders headed by its acting president Ramon Tantamco and FSR Autoworks with owner Francis Ray together with TV/Movie personality Albert Martinez and Jestoni Alarcon to spearhead a region-wide charity outreach program in Batangas last January 16, 2020. The Pilipinas Offroaders and FSR Autoworks outreach charity program was sponsored by Dubshop 4x4 Performance together with the help and cooperation of the Municipality of Batangas, PNP & CIDG of Batangas, and Rex Ferolino of Saint John Offroad and Accessories.
Mindoro - Boracay Extreme Adventure 2020 PILIPINAS OFFROADERS INC. GOES ISLAND HOPPING FOR CHARITY WORK
PROVING THE VERSATILITY of fourwheel drive vehicles and their capability to reach far-flung areas where there are no paved roads in order to extend a helping hand for those in need was the main goal of the recently concluded Manila - Mindoro - Boracay Extreme Adventure 2020 held last February 22 to 25. Organized by Pilipinas Offroaders Inc. President Mr. Ramon Tantamco and headed by FSR AutoWorks and TV/ Movie personality Mr. Albert Martinez, the four-day event kicked off in Manila and culminated in a charity work in Mindoro before capping it off in Boracay. Acting on orders from the Honorable Governor Ed Gadiano of the Municipality of Mindoro, the Pilipinas Offroaders Inc. contingent was met by Executive Secretary Mr. Ryan Gadiano Sioson together with the provincial Tourism Office upon their arrival in Occidental Mindoro before they
officially embarked on their MindoroBoracay Extreme Adventure 2020. The Pilipinas Offroaders Inc. contingent went around the Occidental Mindoro using their well-equipped four wheel drive rigs and hosted a charity project in one of the places occupied by the local Mangyan Tribe in Baragay Naibunan in the town of San Jose. Aside from enjoying the local sights, the expedition also gave the group a chance to test the durability of the various TJM suspension components and the pulling power of WARN winches as they traversed different kinds of rough terrain suitable only for four wheel drive vehicles. Sponsored by TJM Philippines and WARN Philippines, Pilipinas Offroaders, Inc. is a non-profit organization whose aim is to promote local tourism and a sense of environmentalism as well as the safety of those who wish to visit.
Dubshop Cebu Joins Sinulog Festival! ROADSTAR/DUBSHOP CEBU ROLLS OUT ITS MONSTER TRUCK
NOTHING SYMBOLIZES CEBU BEST THAN ITS ANNUAL SINULOG FESTIVAL, which
pays tribute to the Holy Child (Santo Niño). The weeklong joyous celebration involves dancing the Sinulog, a two-step dance believed to be an indigenous ritual that traces its roots to the tribes of Pre-Hispanic Philippines. The highlight of the weeklong celebration ends with a spectacle that is the Sinulog Grand Parade, celebrating with this year’s theme of “One Beat, One Dance, for the World.” The grand parade saw a collection of massive and beautiful floats representing various companies vying for the best and most creative float. Catching everyone’s attention during the parade was the huge yellow monster truck of Dubshop in partnership with Roadstar Cebu owned by Dreyfus Ang, which is one of Cebu’s top car accessories shop. The towering truck was modified to adhere with the Sinulog theme as the whole exterior showcased a custom designed vinyl wrap adorned with images of Señor Sto. Niño that drew a crowd wherever it went.
