ALPHA OMEGA BLACK HISTORY MONTH SERIES To know your past is to understand your future..... This was the impetus behind the chapter’s decision to have a conversation with three trailblazers that were history makers in the lives of people within the African American community. We began the inaugural event with prayer delivered by our esteemed host and facilitator Rev. Courtney L. Miller proceeded by opening remarks from Chapter Basileus, Dr. Lucius Dalton. He explained that the genesis of this series was sparked by William E. Baugh who was the 15th Grand Basileus of our beloved Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated in 1935, it was during his tenure he established the Omega Psi Phi lecture series. Thus, this spawned the Alpha Omega chapter's Black History Month lectures. Let's meet our speakers... Dr. Alfred Taylor Jr. · Married 67 years and 15 days to his beloved wife Delores until her passing. They were blessed to have two children, three grandsons and two-great granddaughters. He has been driven by his life-long mantra: "If I can help somebody as I travel along, then my living would not be in vain." · Administrator, Printer, Scholar, Teacher, Author, Speaker, and Lecturer · Dr. Taylor served as the Associate Dean of the College of Physical Science, Engineering and Technology; Coordinator of Admissions and Records, Assistant Provost for Students Services, Assistant Dean of the College of Professional Studies (and was later named Acting Dean). He retired from the University of the District of Columbia after thirty-one years of service. · Initiated in Alpha Omega Chapter in 1974 · Basileus of Alpha Omega Chapter from 1987-1988

ALPHA OMEGA BLACK HISTORY MONTH SERIES cont.d On 13 February 2021 at 4PM, the discussion centered around the contributions of individuals that lived and worked within the area of Arlington, Virginia known as Green Valley. This area was predominately black and produced many men and women who made significant contributions to Black and American history. Dr. Taylor highlighted many folks featured in his books, Bridge Builders of Nauck/Green Valley and "What an Amazing Journey", an autobiography. The following are some significant contributors that came out of the community known as Green Valley: · Gerald Bullock Designed the Naval Ship Gallies on the Nimitz Class Aircraft Carriers. · Major General Robert C. Gaskill was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Infantry after completing Reserve Officer Training as a Distinguished Military Graduate at Howard University. First African American to become Quartermaster General to be deputy commander at the Army War College. · Roberta Flack, famous singer, song writer and scholar. · Milton Rowe, who served as the Whitehouse Butler during the Kennedy Administration. Dr. Taylor shared stories about people in every walk of life from the Green Valley area that made significant contributions. It was an enlightening and amazing afternoon of history being shared. The interviewer and discussion leader for the day was Bro. Nijel Redrick. As always following protocol we had opening remarks from Alpha Omega Chapter Basileus, Dr. Lucius Dalton and he explained the genesis of the program. Bro. Redrick began by asking Bro. ALPHA OMEGA BLACK HISTORY MONTH SERIES cont.d Bro Rodrick asked, when was your first remembrance of Dr. Martin Luther King? Bro. Parham replied it was through a close friend of the family named Baron H. Martin. Thus, when Mr. Martin became a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated in 1952 through the Sigma chapter in Roxbury, his line brother was the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.,. Brother Parham stated that his life encapsulated what he called a multitude of intersections which was important to his growth as a man. For example, his mentor Rev. Michael Haynes (Omega Man) was the youth minister at the historic 12th Baptist Church in Boston, it was anti-slavery meeting house for freed black slaves. Dr. Martin Luther King would preach as an assistant minister at 12th Baptist Church while attending Boston University. Rev Haynes and Dr. King became the best of friends and the church was also instrumental in Dr. King meeting his wife Coretta. In addition, Rev. Haynes was instrumental in brother Parham meeting Sen. Kennedy through a youth club called the Exquisites in 1963. The story continues...In 1974 during court order desegregation, Brother Parham was interviewed and made special assistant to the superintendent of schools in Boston when all the turbulence regarding school busing exploded. A couple of years later in 1976 he was asked to interview and became the Special Assistance to Sen. Kennedy. He arrived in Washington in January 1977 and hit the ground running. In 1979, Ms. King requested a meeting with Sen. Kennedy for a hearing to make MLK's birthday a National Holiday. He worked with Sen. Kennedy and the Congressional Black Caucus on bill S25 to partner with HR15. During the period approval Bro. Parham was responsible for managing the congressional meetings that were instrumental in getting the bill approved. On November 2, 1983 with Mrs. King and Rep. Katie Hall, looking on as the MLK Holiday legislation was signed into law. What a story and rich legacy that was shared on that afternoon. Bruce Bradford a native Washingtonian whose life has centered around Teaching and Aquatics in the Washington DC area. The interviewer and discussion leader for the day was Dr. E. Newton Jackson Jr., who was a former head swimming and diving coach (1993-1998) at Howard University. The majority of Brother Bradford coaching tenure was with the H.D. Woodson swim team where for 33 years, he was able to send numerous students to HBCUs such as Tennessee State, South Carolina State, John C. Smith, Hampton, & Alabama State. Brother Bradford's passion for swimming led him to other aquatic endeavors such as scuba diving. This new love drove him to become a certified scuba diving instructor. As always, he sought to share his new skill with others. Thus, he has been able to train 27 students into becoming certified scuba divers in various certifications. Dr. Jackson offered for historical reference several coaches that didn’t get notoriety that sent students to school via swimming scholarships. Here are just a few coaches and swimmers out of Washington DC; Stanley Gainor, Roy Fagen, Fred Evans- first American to go under a minute in the Breast Stroke, Dr. Bobby Murray -swam at Wilson High School and the University of Michigan where he became the 3rd person to go under 30 seconds in the 50 meter freestyle and Alpha Omega's own, Courtney L. Miller who is the current assistant swimming and diving coach at Howard University. In addition, Jim Ellis was one black swim coach that receive some attention with the 2007 release of the movie (Pride) based on his life of coaching in the Philadelphia Department of Recreation in Pennsylvania. The day was spent discussing the great achievements of African Americans in swimming and the men of Omega. We will always remember, "Omega Men are everywhere, making history and making firsts!" Pi Lambda Lambda’s Omega U Mother’s Day Celebration Pi Lambda Lambda (PLL) chapter, Third District, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and the Prince William County Virginia | Pi Lambda Lambda | Third District – On May 8, 2021, the Omega U Program presented a Mother’s Day Celebration in honor of all the wonderful mothers. There are a million things you could say about your mom: She's nurturing, smart, funny, loyal, loving, and well, everything else. Mother’s Day is all about celebrating the woman who raised you and shaped who you are as a person. From all the packed lunches with napkin notes, to the bandages and kisses after falling off your bike, to being the first one to cry at your graduation– your mom was there for it all. It’s important to thank her for all the love and work she put in through the years. • • • • • •

The highest compliment anyone can give me, Mom, is to say that I’m like you. I see you in things I do, I hear you in things I say — and I am proud of you. Third District Worship & Prayer Service The Third District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated instituted the weekly Third District Worship & Prayer services on Sunday nights at 1911, starting in April 2020. Initially, the prayer services were designed as a prayer service for COVID-19 pandemic relief. The prayer service mission developed into opportunities for fellowship and celebration across the District and beyond. Over the past year, the Third District Worship and Prayer service has combined powerful words of uplift, great music, fervent prayers, and fellowship in True Omega fashion. This event is open to Brothers of Omega, family, and friends alike. We have enjoyed special services that celebrated Omega Legacy on Father’s Day, Service Members on Veterans Day, and couples married for more than 50 years on Valentine’s Day, with two of our celebrants sharing 68 year partnerships. We have showcased the future leadership of the Fraternity, and nation, with student led services commemorating HBCU Homecoming, College Graduation, and Mother’s Day. Both local, regional, and national representatives of the National Pan-Hellenic Council have participated along with every member of our Supreme Council. The Third District Worship & Prayer Service facilitated by Third District Chaplain Rev. Courtenay L. Miller, under the leadership of District Representative Brother Conrado B. Morgan. This service has provided a forum for uplift in an uncertain and unsteady time. while also providing a vehicle for reconnection and connection to participants across the county and indeed around the globe. The Third District acknowledges the contributions of the many worship leaders, musicians, and the automation team for their contribution to this great worship and friendship experience.

Kappa Psi Chapter’s Mentorship Program, DC Rhinos Event, “3D Printing and Subtractive Manufacturing” On Saturday, March 13, 2021, Brother Johnny Thompson hosted the DC Rhinos STEM Session titled 3D Printing and Subtractive Manufacturing. Johnny started his presentation by telling of graduating University of Central Florida (UCF) and how he got involved in engineering. He explained that he had developed a passion for 3D printing while at school and wanted to learn everything he could. 3D printing is an additive process used to create solid objects from digital files. This is done by creating a 3D model using modeling software, which is sliced into a program called “GCode,” then sent to the 3D printer to process the file. Attendees also got to see a few examples of objects that have been printed by other engineers. Items such as toy figurines, bass guitars, iPhone cases and even a jawbone for a human being to name a few. Johnny demonstrated the use of two different printers and the software needed to use the printer. Bro. Thompson explained how one printer was used to make parts for another machine he and his wife built. The demonstration continued by going through the process of how to print a fidget spinner. The interactions between the Rhinos led the Mentorship Chair and past Kappa Psi Basileus, Glen Yonkers Jr. to see a tremendous amount of interest in 3D printing among participants. “We need to expose our young men to STEM professions, because the participation of black and brown students is surely needed. This is the fundamental reason why we try to have STEM sessions throughout the DC Rhinos year.” Engineering, at its core, is to make products and processes to improve the lives of all people. The brothers are sure that a few of the Rhinos felt a spark to become an engineer to become a force within the global community.

SIGMA MU MU BROTHERHOOD FORUM “SOME HISTORY FROM THE OTHER GILL” The Brothers of the Sigma Mu Mu Chapter (Loudoun County Ques) of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., kicked off Black History Month on Saturday, February 6, 2021, with a Brotherhood Forum: “Some Omega History from the Other Gill.” Brother Dr. Walter Gill (5 Pi 1957) honored the brothers with plentiful and necessary “Omega Oil.” Brother Gill welcomed the brothers with an enthusiastic greeting. Then he proceeded to educate them about the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, the legacy of his father, and the impact he had on his life and the fraternity. The younger Gill skillfully connected and interwove his father’s and his youth, his father as athlete, scholar, and “Tuskegee Airman,” their time at Morgan State College, little known information about the writing of the second history book, testimony from Pi Chapter brothers, and the first seven decades of cooperation between Pi and Pi Omega chapters. Merged into the presentation were comments about Omega from brothers James Forrest (1958), James Watts (1961), Lonnie Liston Smith (1958), and Oliver Jackson. Brother Smith’s time at Morgan College and in Baltimore musically, and Brother Jackson asking Malcolm X to speak at Morgan in 1962 which he did, grew the greatest interest. After the hour and a half presentation, a question and answer were held, then photographs of all who had signed-on.

SIGMA MU MU BROTHERHOOD FORUM “SOME HISTORY FROM THE OTHER GILL” cont.d Sigma Mu Mu Chapter is under the leadership of Basileus Robert Myles, Jr. More than 120 brothers assembled on zoom from six districts throughout the Fraternity to hear “The Other Gill.” Officials at the presentation were Third District Representative Brother Conrado Morgan, some District Officer’s, and Brother Norman Senior, Interim International Editor of the Oracle. Brother John Rivers Appointed Board Trustee for Cisco Foundation

Brother John Rivers, a member of Upsilon Nu chapter, has been appointed to the Board of Trustees for the Cisco Foundation. This is a significant appointment, as the Cisco Foundation oversees an endowment of over $200 million dollars, with the aim of supporting community and non-profit initiatives around the world. Brother Rivers was reared in Sussex, Virginia and became a member of the fraternity in 2018. Brother Rivers is a past AKRS and currently leads the Media Committee for Upsilon Nu, as well as other committee memberships. The appointment is for two years, where during his tenure as a Board Trustee, Brother Rivers plans to focus on Education (STEM) and Global Climate Disruption. “This is a major personal and professional accomplishment for me; as great as any promotion or career award I’ve ever received. In addition to the ability to influence the direction of our $200 M endowment, it’s also an incredible opportunity to align with many very high ranking corporate executives, open the door for additional career progression, and pave a way for others who will follow”, stated Brother Rivers. The Cisco Foundation was established in 1997 by a gift from Cisco. Cisco and the Cisco Foundation partner with nonprofits, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and communitybased organizations to carry out many of Cisco’s Corporate Social Responsibility programs. A distinct legal entity, the Cisco Foundation makes cash grants by invitation to nonprofit and nongovernmental organizations according to criteria and guidelines aligned with Cisco’s overall nonprofit investment strategy. Cisco is a corporate leader and committed to full spectrum diversity at all levels and aspects of the corporation. This appointment to the Cisco Foundation is a demonstration of that commitment and a direct effort to improve the diversity of this team. Its very much a clear representation of Cisco “walking it’s talk”. “In this role, I seek the opportunity to influence the direction of our funding and help insure our minority and underserved communities are well represented in our efforts. I have a particular interest in Education (STEM) and Global Climate Disruption,” continued Brother Rivers. My current duties as Director, Area Services Sales, are not directly impacted by this appointment, as I retain responsibility of leading my team of sales professionals towards our annual $550 M sales target. However, my increased responsibilities include quarterly board meetings, ongoing review of grant and funding proposals and allocations, as well as input and feedback on the future direction of the Foundation. .

Upsilon Nu Richmond Raceway COVID-19 Vaccine

Henrico County, Virginia, Saturday, February 27, 2021, Upsilon Nu participated in the Richmond Raceway event to provide the seniors with the COVID-19 vaccine. The event allowed for about 5,000 people to get their second dose. This was the first group of people, outside of first responders and teachers, to get their second shot, according to Henrico County leaders. "At this time, only people 75 and over were eligible to participate in the COVID-19 vaccination at this event, based on receiving their first dose" said Henrico County Manager John Vithoulkas. "We hope as we get into it and get more vaccine to be able to push those numbers down to 65 and older." It is good to see events like this increasing across the state, because Virginia ranked as one of the lowest states in vaccinations, which raised many eyebrows, since the Virginia has a 100% Democratic control. It was good to see some of the Brothers in person, besides on ZOOM, even though we had to social distance, it was good to get out as a group and represent Upsilon Nu.

Pi Lambda Lambda’s Fatherhood Initiative Virtual Father & Family Easter Celebration Pi Lambda Lambda (PLL) Chapter, Third District, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. On Saturday April 3rd at 1:00 pm, The Fatherhood Initiative Committee presented The Virtual Father & Family Easter Celebration. The Fatherhood Intiative sought to put fathers on display and demonstrate the power that fatherhood can bring to the family. Through the life experiences of PLL Fathers, we were able to bring to life the true nature of what fatherhood is all about. The Father & Family Easter Celebration is not only a celebration of Easter but a showcase of Fathers and the role they play in their families. Opening words by 3rd District Representative Bro Conrado Morgan and PLL Basileus Bro Jeffery Allen, spoke of their father’s examples and the significance of their roles in their own families. FI Committee members Bro Darryl Barnett II, Bro Johnni Hamilton and FI Committee Co-Chairman Bro William Vaughn Jr. spoke on how important their Fathers were in their lives and how their roles influenced them to be the best Fathers they could be. PLL Chaplain Bro Timothy Butler gave an amazing sermonette on Easter: “The Resurrection of Christ and the sacrifice of the Father and The Son so that all sins are forgiven”. PLL Omega U Senior, Jawuan Hill did an amazing performance of Luther Vandross’s “Dance With My Father” as pictures of PLL brothers and their families were displayed in a moving slide show. To round out the event, Bro Darryl Barnett II and his son Darryl Barnett III did The Parent/Child Oath to commit their father/son bond. In closing, Bro Warren Simmons Sr, spoke of the Father’s role in the modern family and the effects of social media on the children of today. Even within the limited scope of Covid-19 guidelines, PLL Fatherhood Initiative Committee was still able to successfully promote and pay tribute to the impact of Fatherhood. Pi Lambda Lambda’s Health Initiative Committee Brother You’re On My Mind Discussion Pi Lambda Lambda (PLL) Chapter, Third District, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. On Saturday May 1st, Pi Lambda Lambda Health Initiatives Committee, in observance of Covid-19 guidelines, held a virtual “Brother, You’re on My Mind” (BYOMM) event on mental health – “Get Your Mind Right: An In-Depth Discussion on Uplifting and Preserving Your Mental Health”. The event was organized by Brother Dr. Mario Anderson, Vice-Chair of the Health Initiatives Committee, and Brother Johnathan Thomas, the Committee Chair. The event was an open and honest dialogue about mental health issues and combatting the stigma of asking for help to deal with those issues. Brother Anderson coordinated several excellent speakers to address different mental health topics. Ms. Shelly Pollard, the “Brother, You’re on My Mind” Liaison from the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities spoke on the BYOMM program and its partnership with Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. She also relayed a touching story about her mother’s personal battle with mental health issues and how that impacted her family. Dr. Jim Monestime, a psychiatrist working on Fort Belvoir, Virginia, presented “The Brain, Brothers and Behavior”, which focused on the brain as an organ. Dr. Monestime spoke on how stress effects the brain and manifests that stress through our behavior and actions (“fight vs flight”, quick reactions), the impact of technology on our mental capabilities (weaker memories, shortened attention spans), and how we can keep our brains in shape (reducing stress, exercising, slowing our lives down, and more). In all, the presentation shed light on a subject that has languished in the shadows for far too long and provided some tools to help us help ourselves, as well as to help those around us who may be suffering in silence.

Pi Lambda Lambda’s Health Initiative Committee Brother You’re On My Mind Discussion cont.d

The day’s highlight was the discussion with Mr. C. Victor Herbin, IV, a graduating senior at Charles J. Colgan High school in Manassas, Virginia and president of his school’s Omega U chapter (Omega U is Pi Lambda Lambda’s youth mentoring program). Mr. Herbin spoke about his book, “"It Should Not Be Normal . . . the Normalization of Suicide”, which addresses teenage suicide and mental illness. Mr. Herbin spoke of how his book arose from his coping with a friend’s suicide during his sophomore year in high school, and the impact it’s had on some of his peers who’ve read it. He also talked about the many stressor of being a young adult, to include peer pressure, pressure from adults, and just being a young black male and having to stay on point “at all times, because ‘all times’ could be my last time” he said. Dr. Diakima Y. Thomas-Davis and Dr. Rhodesia McMillian closed the session with their presentation, “A Public Health Crisis: Children, Adolescent and Adult Mental Health”. Dr. Thomas-Davis, an 11year public health professional, spoke about adolescent mental health from a mentoring perspective, as she has mentored hundreds of teens and young adults from community centers to jails. She provided some harrowing statistics of how boys are more likely than girls to be diagnosed with ADHD, and are more likely to have a mental, behavioral or developmental disorder. She also told a touching story of an encounter with a young man in juvenile lock up whose goal was to become incarcerated so he could see his father. She recommended the following tips if you encounter a young adult who is struggling: meet them where they are in their situation, create a “no judgement zone” for them to talk about their issues; be present with them; and do what is in your power to help. During this same presentation, Dr. McMillian, a school psychologist with Columbus City Schools in Columbus, Ohio, elaborated on the differences between school psychologists and counselors, and how the school psychologist examines a child’s mental capacity, and helps address the student’s academic challenges and requirements based on that examination. She talked about how the impacts of the pandemic have shown up in schools in her area. “Even our best students, our ‘A’ students, who manage stress well are being challenged,” she said. “So just think about those who already had other challenges”.

Young Men of Distinction’s (YMOD) mission is to mentor, motivate and guide adolescent boys to transition into young men with a purpose to obtain a higher education. Kappa Iota Iota partners with the Achievable Dream Middle/High School to help provide that positive heart that Tupac Shakur references for over 50 young men in the program.

What is Achievable Dream Middle/High School? Achievable Dream is a unique partnership between Newport News Public Schools, the City of Newport News, and the local business community to give our students who are at risk of failure in school due to socioeconomic factors, a chance to succeed. Students in kindergarten through 12th grade are offered a quality education in a nurturing environment as well as the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with caring adults. The KII and Achievable Dream YMOD partnership has been in existence for seven years and the program runs during the normal school year. Five to 10 young men are given the opportunity to join YMOD each year starting in the sixth grade as part of the school’s club program. Currently YMOD has 53 young men in the program. Every two weeks, Brothers in KII meet with the young men to provide character building programs, hands-on teaching, and an ear to listen to the young men’s concerns and issues. We monitor the young men’s progression. In the past YMOD young men have competed in the KII scholarship mandated program and won scholarship assistance from the chapter. YMOD focuses on Academics, Integrity, Discipline, and Uplift. Attention is given to these principles through social activities, youth conferences, and community services projects. Community speakers are invited to address each one of the program goals. Previous speakers have included the Mayor of Newport News, the NNPD Police Chief, the Newport News Sheriff and other civic leaders.

KII had to operate within the boundaries of the Newport News school system during the COVID 19 pandemic and we had to be creative and in constant communication with the young men to keep them engaged. A recent accomplishment, YMOD/KII entered two teams (seven young men) in the Carter G. Woodson Black History Trivia Contest on Saturday 27 February sponsored by the Alpha Iota Chapter, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. To prepare for the competition, students learned Black history facts and attended training sessions via Zoom over the course of five weeks. The young men studied over 1,500 questions with the help of the KII and Achievable Dream mentors. Their dedicated effort led to their victory (Team A: Trey Terry, Rickey Taylor and Ty Kinney) over five other local teams. Team A and Team B included: • • • • •

Attention is given to these principles through civic/social activities, youth conferences, and community services projects. Through mentoring and guidance, we are preparing future leaders to serve our community”.

We are proud to say four seniors are matriculating to higher learning, some are joining the military, and the others are still considering their options. KII plans to hold a end of the year celebration to recognize all of the young men for their participation. The intent is to hold the event outside for faculty and parents to join as well. Psi Nu Chapter Honors Vernon Jordan, an American and Fraternal Legend Alexandria, VA - March 2021 will always be in the hearts of the Brothers of the Psi Nu Chapter, as they remember an American and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. legend entering Omega Chapter - Vernon Jordan (Aug 15, 1935 – Mar 1, 2021). As Brother Jordan was often a voice supporting unheard voices, the Brothers of Psi Nu Chapter gathered last week to lend their voices and experiences in honor of his life and legacy. “To the world, Vernon Jordan was many things: a pioneering attorney, an advocate for vulnerable populations, a businessman, a civil rights leader and even counselor to many presidents; to us, he was our Brother and even more so - our dear friend, said Brother Garrett James, who organized the commemorative session. The following are expressions of love for Brother Vernon Jordan from the Psi Nu Brothers during the tribute: ● "I've always admired how his mannerisms and behavior never contradicted the things he said and taught others. Talent Hunt 2021 Proves Successful for Psi Nu Chapter

Alexandria, VA - The Brothers of the Psi Nu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. ended Black History Month in grand fashion by hosting its 2021 Talent Hunt program virtually on Saturday February 27, 2021. First held in 1946, the Talent Hunt was created to offer opportunities and support to the artistic talents of youth. Psi Nu’s competition winner will go on to compete at the district level, in hopes of winning the International Talent Hunt competition for the Fraternity. The Psi Nu Talent Hunt winners were: First place - Ms. Isabel Madison, Second Place - Sharli Fleming and Third Place - Virginia Sacotingo. The audience was wowed by their performances and the Brothers of Psi Nu wished them well in their next endeavors. Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. adds to the Nu Psi Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.’s Endowment Account at Virginia State University Nu Psi Chapter, Third District of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., received an additional $10,000 for its endowment, an endowed scholarship at Virginia State University (VSU) Foundation. The award will add to the funds already at the university that are providing scholarships annually to VSU undergraduate members of the Nu Psi Chapter, Third District of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. “This extraordinary gift is from the brothers of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. to Virginia State University a Historical Black College and University (HBCU),” said Brother Dr. David Marion, 41st Grand Basileus, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Marion added, “We hope this check of $10,000 will inspire other Greek organizations to support the VSU Foundation.” In mid-March 2021, Brother Conrado B. Morgan, District Representative for the Third District of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. requested the $10,000 check from the fraternity based on a request from Brother Gary C. Clark, 20th District Representative, Third District of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. In addition, Brother Dr. Bob Turner is the Executive Director of the VSU Foundation.
