PRESIDENT’S ASSOCIATES COUNCIL
President ’s Associates Council Mission
The President’s Associates Council (PAC) at the College of Mount Saint Vincent is devoted to inspiring a culture of generosity and giving among our community of alumnae/i, friends, faculty, and staff. Through this alumnae/i-led group, we seek to create opportunities for individuals to invest in the College’s future—providing a transformative educational experience to future generations and leaving a lasting legacy of support. We believe in building a sustainable network of philanthropic supporters, and the President’s Associates Council is integral to that goal.
To build a culture of gratitude and appreciation towards the Mount, the PAC aims to:
• Maintain and increase President’s Associates (PA) donor retention through the implementation of strategic channels of communication.
• Increase new PA acquisition rates through prospecting and soliciting gifts on behalf of the Mount.
• Identify partnership opportunities with companies, organizations, and foundations that align with the College’s mission.
• Utilize the external networks of PAC members to foster new relationships that can further support the Mount and its students.
President ’s Associates Council Co-Chairs
As Institutional Advancement and the Office of Alumnae/i Relations and Giving relaunches the President’s Associates Council, we seek to fill two co-chair positions. These roles will be vital to the foundation and growth of a successful PAC at the College of Mount Saint Vincent. With donor relationship management at the forefront of these roles, the ideal candidate:
• Must be an alum of the College of Mount Saint Vincent.
• Will attend PAC quarterly briefings on College updates and new business.
• Must possess the ability to implement strategies, operational systems, fundraising campaigns, and volunteer opportunities.
• Should have experience in providing oversight to a committee or team and must be comfortable spearheading committee initiatives.
President ’s Associates Council Committee Members
We are seeking alumnae/i and friends of the Mount to join the movement of revitalizing the PAC as committee members. Members will engage as team players and execute tasks directly related to the goals of the PAC and their particular committee. The ideal candidate is results-driven and passionate about the College of Mount Saint Vincent’s vision and mission. Members of the Council may get involved in any one of the following committees:
• Community Relations and Outreach
• Donor Retention and New Donor Acquisition
• Events and Marketing
