If you don’t identify your strengths and weaknesses are early on, you’re opening yourself up for failure. Living with blinders on, will not help you as an artist. The wisest course, is to have a full understanding of what is going on in the industry. Once you do, then proceed with caution. Determine the culture and understand how you will react. - Stephanie Nash
Biggest challenge is who you know. This is an industry where it takes much time to get established. When I go to round’s I always wonder how these artists aren’t signed or why country music doesn’t establish more with the talent in town. I think as an industry we shouldn’t about who you know but the talent you bring forward to country music. - Stephanie Nash
