Role of Club Secretary Weekly ● Maintain a roster of club members to track their attendance & hours ● Record accurate board & club meeting minutes Monthly ● Fill out accurately & submit on-time via email their Monthly Report Forms (MRF) ● Attend mandatory quarterly calls with the District Secretary (me!) Monthly Report Form Club MRF Template TEMPLATE CLUB MRF_2022-2023 MRF Submission Reminders! When filling out and submitting the MRF every month, you should... ● email it in every month to dsec@kiwins.org, your LTG's email (please reach out to me if you do not know what your LTG's email is), regional advisor, Kiwanis advisor, faculty advisor (teacher who advises your club), and club president ● make sure your MRF is shared to my email ● fill out the MRF COMPLETELY (type “0” or “N/A” instead of leaving places blank) ● make sure to add up the service hours gained from each member on the Service Log for that month and put that number accordingly to “K-Fam Interaction Hours” or “Other Hours” on the Club Statistics sheet ● share your MRF with your club board!
