FINANCE & FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE

Hi CNH KIWIN’S! I am so happy to present the 2021 Summer Seasonal Fundraising Manual created by this term’s Finance and Fundraising committee members. Our members have worked incredibly hard on curating and fleshing out these fundraiser ideas and I hope that after going through this manual, you leave with some new found inspiration and ideas for future fundraisers. While we slowly transition into having more in-person events, I just wanted to remind everyone to be safe, wear a mask, follow our COVID-19 guidelines, and have fun! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out and contact me :D. Yours in Service, Cynthia Bui District Treasurer 2021-2022 dtreas@kiwins.org

BACK TO SCHOOL SALE SILVER RANKING 1. Ask your club board if they have any school supplies (stationery, textbooks, AP prep books, etc.) that they no longer use or have never used before. You can open up donations to members if interested. 2. Set up a pick up date and location in which officers can meet for this sale. Please ensure that all forms necessary for an in-person event are filled out and to get approval from your respective advisor/ advisors. 3. Post a graphic on social media with the different items that are for sale, date/time, location, and so forth. Possibly create a Google Form for those who are interested in buying or just let people DM your club Instagram account. In regard to who gets what, you can do it on a first come, first serve basis, see who will have the highest bid, be creative...but reasonable ;).
