success story One of our most difficult challenges was with a home that was put on the market for sale in the estate section of an upscale neighborhood. It was a neighborhood where the average days on market was 45 days! The home was put on the market at the right price, it was in the right neighborhood, and it was on the right side of the road with beautiful curb appeal. The floor plan was timeless, with spacious rooms, bright light, a grand entrance, and a private pool and outdoor entertaining area for perfect Florida living. What in the world went wrong?
