Sowing seeds through good deeds A healthy community benefits everyone.
We are dedicated to our community, and we don’t do it alone. Many of our consumers generously round up their bills each month to contribute to the Operation Round Up® program, which funds the Cobb EMC Community Foundation.
COBB EMC EMPLOYEES GIVE BACK
Since 2013, the Cobb EMC Community Foundation has given more than $4 million to 179 local nonprofits within our five-county service area. “It’s touching to see so many of our consumers unselfishly band together each month to support charities and people in need in our community,” says John Umphlett, Cobb EMC Community Foundation board member. At Cobb EMC, we don’t just serve the community – we’re part of the community. And that’s why we believe in giving back.
