The U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. "Power 50 Under 40" celebrates the achievements of young Black professionals, creatives, executives, game-changers, and entrepreneurs who are making significant contributions in their respective fields.

The program aims to create a platform that showcases the next generation of Black leaders, inspires others, and builds a strong network of like-minded individuals that promotes excellence, diversity, and culture.

Factors For Consideration

At U.S. Black Chambers, Inc., we're proud to recognize the next generation of Black leaders with our Power 50 Under 40 program. We consider a range of factors, including social impact, corporate position held, company revenue and funding growth, company size, backstory, advocacy, and how selected individuals are driving the culture forward.

There are two mandatory prerequisites to qualify for this prestigious list, which are being Black and between the ages of 18 and 40 as of September 15, 2023.

We understand that there are many paths to success, and our Power 50 Under 40 honorees reflect that diversity. Whether they've overcome significant obstacles, solved complex problems, developed new technologies, or leveraged unique opportunities, these emerging leaders have all demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and commitment to their communities.

We believe that by shining a spotlight on these young Black entrepreneurs, creators, leaders, and executives, we can inspire and motivate the next generation of game-changers.
