NSA EVO: A RELIABLE, EASY TO USE AND LOW INVESTMENT SOLUTION SIMPLE TO OPERATE The filler is designed to easily start & run the production by all the operators even in difficult environments. One operator can manage up to two fillers in the same production shift. Intuitive HMI touch screen with main data to control preparation and production process.
TCO
COMPETITIVE TCO The machine has a very competitive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), driven by low starting investment, minimal maintenance activities and utilities consumption, always operating in compliance with the highest international standards. The NSA EVO filler perfectly meets the production needs of start ups, small and medium companies as well as those of larger players, by installing multiple production lines, while preserving cost benefits.
ULTRA COMPACT With a minimal footprint, NSA EVO is the world’s most compact aseptic filler, making it possible to install the machine in small production plants, with low ceilings too. The unique roll-fed system together with the ergonomic design makes the operator’s access easy and fast to all filler’s areas.
INNOVATIVE PACKS The sealing free top of the pack, the creasing directly on filler and additional engineering points give an excellent flexibility to NSA evo. New sizes and special distinctive pack projects can be customized with client’s staff in order to focus on specific brand strategy.
FRIENDLY MAINTENANCE Probably the more important goal of the continuous improvement of NSA is to give an extremely user friendly machine for easy problem solving and on-site maintenance. A good operator’s training, together with the included basic or premium spare parts kit and the remote assistance additional feature, enable customer to easily perform the basic and programmed maintenance.
RELIABLE The reliability of NSA is the result of a continuous EVO-lution of the IPI aseptic technology based on our almost 40 years experience and constantly changing of market needs and food safety legislation. The use of mechanical transmission, in conjunction with the operational simplicity and reduced electronic aspects, give the filler an outstanding level of performances even in challenging environments.
4. CROWN SECTION & TRANSVERSE SCORING The paper is folded in half long the central score. The open edge of the paper travels inside the sterile air manifold where a constant pressure of sterile air is maintained. The folded paper is transversely scored.
3. FOLDING TOWER The paper is folded into a tent shaped configuration while web sterility is maintained by pre-sterilized air and the residual hydrogen peroxide is removed. The sterilized air is produced by heating air to a temperature up to 140°C, plus using an HEPA filter.
2. STERILISATION The paper goes through a hydrogen peroxide application where the food contact surface is wetted with the sterilization solution. The paper then travels to stainless steel drum heated at 80°C, for 7 to 9 seconds. The food contact surface of the paper is commercially sterile.
1. INFEED & LONGITUDINAL SCORING The paper roll is fed directly into the machine and unwinds through longitudinal scoring.

5A. LONGITUDINAL SEALING The sterile paper is longitudinally sealed through inductive heating. It is sealed along the vertical open edge to form a tube for product. The paper is folded in half long the central score.
5B. FILLING The filling section consists of two stainless steel pipes. The shorter one provides positive pressure of sterilized air in the chamber, thus maintaining sterility during the filling operation. The longer pipe is used to deliver the product into the tube.
6. TRANSVERSE SEALING & CUTTING Once the product is placed, the edge of the tube is transversely sealed through inductive heating. A pouch-shaped package is formed and then is cut off.
7. FORMING Each individual package is dropped into the pocket conveyor. The forming arch presses down the tabs on the bottom edge of the pouch to form one long side of the package. The formers form the top and the bottom of the pouch in to a final brick shape. The tabs are then heat-sealed and folded. The final brick package is ready.
