COFFS COAST TASTING TRAIL
Tempt the Tastebuds When planning a trip, many of us tend to have preferred trends: seeking a quiet haven to kick back and recharge while taking in the surroundings; searching for the ultimate buzz like jumping out of an aeroplane; or throwing the family in the car for a self-drive tour to somewhere you’ve never been. Regardless of your motivation, there’s one thing we all seek - good food - and for a growing number of us, simply consuming outstanding produce is not enough. We want to be a part of the whole gourmet experience. Do you remember thinking to yourself... ‘how did they get that créme so creamy?’; Wonder... ‘exactly what ingredients went into that super spicy salami?’; or wished you had the skills to make some fabulously fresh mozzarella. This guide highlights some of the region’s tasty treats, where you can watch them at work or if you so desire, roll up your sleeves, don your apron, and be a part of the culinary scene.
