INTRODUCTION CitySA has developed our first ever Strategic Plan in order to allow for the continued successful development of the representation, services and activities that we provide for our students. We want to be ambitious and to grow in size over the three years of this Plan so that we can be more effective advocates for our students and even greater numbers of students have the opportunity to participate within their Students’ Association. We believe in using evidence and best practice to underpin the work that we do which is why we have used the sector approved Framework for the Development of Strong and Effective College Students’ Associations to guide the structure of our Strategic Plan. Each of our five Values aligns with a Theme from the Framework. Under each Value we have two Strategic Priorities that will guide all of our operational activity. This Plan was developed in consultation with our members, the students of City of Glasgow College, and with staff in the College both within our Students’ Association and the Senior Management Team.
