While we are a very generous company in everything we provide to our agents, always be mindful of spending in the individual offices. Any monies being spent on supplies, entertainment, charities, advertising, and other miscellaneous items must always be pre-approved by your regional leadership before an obligation is made. Being mindful in the utilization of core services and the collection of our Broker Fees, it adds up to help with the profitability of your office. It is the Schmidt Family of Companies policy if the agent does not collect these fees at closing, the agent is responsible for payment of the fees to the company.
