The conflict between Israel and Palestine is a cultural landmark for policy and religious resistance. The question repeats itself every year since the foundation of the State of Israel in 1948. The population is victim of these brute conditions for more than 60 years, they fight for their rights, their nation and for everything they have lost. The methodology used to develop this investigation was based on articles published by the UN, books from Palestinian intellectuals also in reports of refugees’ shelter by United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East. Conflicts in the region were a result of the exodus of 1 million people, removed from Palestinian territory and countless settlements that violate their rights. The conflict brought benefits to the Jews and negatively affected the Palestinians. Beyond this problem, the exile of thousands of Arabs is disguised by the corrupt Israeli government, which uses the fragility of a nation to be well succeed. Since 1947, when a territorial division was suggested by the UN and millions of lives paid the price. The access to education and place to live was taken from three million people, and now they depend on donations and have been living in uncertainty asking if one day they will come back to their land. This question has brought them to the worst conditions in society. In the last conflict in Gaza, 11.231 Palestinians soldiers and 3.436 children were injured, 228 schools were damaged and 26 were completely destroyed. The violence is justified by both sides as a way to achieve peace and get free of the shackles that forbid their growth. Taking into account our level of development, it is touching the fact that the Palestinians need to use guns, to use their own bodies as a way of having their basic rights, the aforementioned conflict is an example of perseverance and faith in a better future for all of our society.
