Add some healthy greesns and Irish inspired activities to your day

Try including some of these tasty, healthy greens in your meals or snacks: Green apples, avocado, spinach, kale, brussel sprouts, cucumber, broccoli, green peppers, peas, grapes. Or how about a fruit smoothie with a handful of Kale or Spinach added in.

Irish Jig Cardio - Put on some Irish music and get those feet moving like Riverdance - taps, kicks, hops, stomps Shammrock Shuffle - 3 direction squat shuffle, try 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest and repeat 8 times Leprechan Skipping - dig out your jump rope and skip - quick feet, high knees, front kicks or one foot at a time. Try 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest for 5 minutes. Rainbow Jumps - 20 seconds jumping side to side, 10 seconds rest, then 20 seconds of jumping jacks, 10 seconds rest. Repeat 8 times.
