Reward Your Furry Friend With Nudges Healthy Dog Treats With so many proud pet parents in this state, most of the grocery stores carry a wide variety of pet food and treats, especially those made with natural ingredients. While at Walmart last week, we found Nudges, which are chicken jerky for dogs. We have been training our dogs and wanted some healthy dog treats to use as a reward. After just a week, my dog has started rolling over at just the sight of the Nudges bag, so I would call it a success. It can be challenging to keep your pet focused when walking through a wilderness area. There are plenty of distracting smells and sounds, not to mention the occasional critter that might run by. I brought some of the Nudges treats with me to use as a reward for Jackâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s good behavior. Every now and then, I would stop to reward him with a treat and to remind him that the quail and other birds did not want to be his friend. Nudging Bella Notte with Love Shane couldn’t wait to get home to give Bella her new toys and her treats! Before we even unloaded our bags from the store, Bella was sniffing around more than usual, and I could tell that she could smell the treats. The second I grabbed the bag of Nudges, she sat down and gave me a high-five, which is my go-to command for her to earn treats. Once I actually gave her one, it was even more obvious that she was a fan.

Not only did she love eating the treats, but she also loved playing with the toy. I wasn’t sure if she’d be able to figure out how to get the treat but it only took her about 10 minutes to get it out. It was perfect because it was long enough to keep her occupied for a bit but not so long that she got bored. I’m definitely a fan of Nudges now and just wish I’d heard of them sooner! They have an ingredient list that I approve of, and I have no guilt giving them to my pup {unlike those left over French fries the other day}.

Puppy Safety Training Tips Having a new puppy is A LOT of work. I mean, A LOT. Technically, Pippy is Emma’s puppy, but she just happened to take a job a few hours away this summer, so you know who is training Pippy. I’ve trained other puppies and find that yummy treats are a very effective way to train. I’ve been using Nudges Wholesome Dog Treats that I found at Walmart to train her. I appreciate that these dog treats are made in the USA. Nudges Wholesome Dog Treats have been great for training. They are packaged as large strips of jerky, but it tears easily for training purposes. Right now I tear off bits and pieces for her, but as she grows I know she’ll just gobble up the entire treat. Teaching an Old Dog New Tricks With Nudges Healthy Dog Treats! And as I’m sure any of you that have dogs know, there is no better motivation to get your dog to do what you want them to than chicken jerky for dogs. But I didn’t want just any treat – I wanted the best dog treats – dog treats that were made in the USA with no fillers or artificial flavors and that were high quality. So, we headed off to Walmart to see what training motivation we could find that would get our lazy dog snapping to attention in no time. When we saw the Nudges, they definitely stood out! Not only was the packaging bright and colorful, but you could also see directly into it, allowing you to see the actual treats. They were huge pieces of jerky that looked delicious for a dog; and since they could be torn to make smaller pieces, they were the perfect training tool! And at less than $4 a package, they were the right price and great for Max performing tricks! The key to our success was a small piece of a Nudges dog treat each time he correctly performed the task we asked him to do. Now, he would have gone through all of the packages we bought if we had given him a full treat each time, but since we were able to easily tear a little off for a small reward, our training was able to stretch through the day! And through praise, love and Nudges, we had him following our every command in no time at all!

Nudges Dog Treats Irresistible for My Dogs Aside from my children, my dogs are the most important thing in my life. And though our Piper is newly adopted, she and Bud are a fixture in this family and are loved deeply. Along with healthy food and water, walks and hugs and kisses, treats are an important part of our dog’s daily life. So are table scraps, but we don’t share that information often. Yes, my Bud has been known to turn his nose up on treats! Often, in fact! So, the other day while at Kroger shopping for some basics, I was excited to see a new treat product called Nudges on the shelves. 4th of July Dog Safety and Dog Treats Made in USA! It’s no secret that we love our dog – he’s family. As part of the family, it’s important that he only gets healthy dog treats. I insist that my family eats healthy, so it’s no different for our pets! Chipper has been our constant companion since we “rescued” him off Craigslist when he was a puppy. At just over 5 lbs he is a toy poodle/Maltese mix and a white ball of fluffy fun most of the time. We Got a New Dog! Because our family loves to spend time outdoors, along with Kayla’s young age, it’s really important that we lay down the law for Stella (jumping and peeing on rugs = unacceptable) from the get go and reward her for good behavior to positively enforce it. So I’ve been using these Nudges to teach Stella to sit and stay. She’s caught on pretty quickly and the timing couldn’t be better since we’re now in the midst of fireworks season here in San Diego. And yes, Charger is totally reaping the benefits of Stella’s training. One last tip, spoil dog #1 a bit when you bring the new dog home. Nudges Dog Treats Made in the USA One of the ways we keep her calm on the 4th of July is by playing with her outside during all the activities, and lots of times that includes treats! We recently tried out Nudges Dog Treats, which the best part to me is they are made in the USA! On top of that they tear easily so that you can use it based on the size treat your dog needs. My Dog and I are Inseparable… Most of the Time I was invited to try some new healthy dog treats for my fur baby, Daisy. I agreed to get the chicken jerky for dogs after I found out they are made in USA dog treats. So when I grab my car keys and she thinks she is in for a fun road trip, I have to disappoint her by telling her to stay put. I quickly see her eyes get sad. She just wants to tag along! So instead of leaving her broken hearted and alone while I am gone, I fill up her dog toys with treats. That way she makes a little game of it, digging out the tasty treats until I get home again. I found Nudges to be a great treat for when I am gone. They tear easily and slip right into the dog toy. She rolls the toy around and fishes out the small torn up pieces until she’s discovered them all. Of course, she loves the whole pieces of chicken jerky for dogs too. As far as the reward of the Nudges, she loved them! She would do anything for them! She’s always been a chicken jerky fan, but sadly it’s hard to find healthy dog treats that are made in the USA!
