Intramurals and Recreation

Intramural and recreational sports are available on campus and create an atmosphere of competition and fun by offering a wide variety of activities. Team sports such as flashball, volleyball, basketball, softball, dodgeball, and outdoor soccer are offered as league play. Other sports such as sand volleyball, table tennis, racquetball, tennis, ultimate Frisbee, and disc golf are offered as tournament play. Additional sports are also available on request.

Our Intramural Director assists sports clubs, chartered clubs, and organizations with the use of sports facilities and equipment. Students are welcome to use on-campus athletic facilities (outdoor swimming pool, tennis, sand volleyball, racquetball courts, climbing wall, playing fields including a new artificial turf field, gymnasiums, and fitness center). In addition to on-campus recreational activities, the Prescott area offers a variety of outdoor recreational opportunities. Hiking, camping, kayaking, fishing, sailing, and skiing/snowboarding are a few of the activities available nearby.
