The Office of the University Registrar is responsible for maintaining and protecting students’ academic records, managing the course registration system, issuing academic grade transcripts, degree and enrollment verification, interpreting and implementing the University’s academic policies, and processing of degree applications.
The Scholarship Office provides academic scholarships to students at the University. This office handles all of the incoming freshman scholarships that are awarded to students when they are seniors in high school. Academic scholarships for out-ofstate students, international students, and transfer students are also awarded in the Scholarship Office.
Financial Aid
This office is also responsible for processing scholarships which students have been awarded from outside sources, such as local churches, civic organizations, etc. If your student is receiving such a scholarship, please contact the Scholarship Office for processing.

Bursar’s Office Tuition & Fee Payments* Students are assessed tuition and fees for each semester of enrollment. Tuition is usually assessed by mid-July for the fall semester and after course registration for spring and summer semesters. Tuition and Fees must be paid by the designated fee payment deadline for each semester or the student’s classes will be dropped. Students should ensure that they have submitted all required paperwork (for

recipients of financial aid, scholarships, assistantships, fellowships, National Guard, etc.) well in advance of this deadline. For students receiving TOPS, financial aid, scholarships, or other forms of financial assistance, it is important to check the account statement online. TOPS and other forms of assistance usually do not cover all costs associated with a semester. Online Payments Students can make online payments by accessing their Statement of Account via ULink. The University currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Electronic Checks (E-Check), and Electronic Savings (E-Savings).
