Student Housing creates a living and learning environment by providing programs and services that empower students to realize their potential in mind, body, and spirit within a community that honors human diversity and accepts students as individuals, each with rights and responsibilities.

Important Dates for the 2022–23 Academic Year

May 27 Last day to apply for a Living Learning Community through housing application May 27 Last day to request a roommate and make changes to application

Mid-July Room and roommate assignments are made and sent to students

Bed configuration requests deadline

End of July Microfridge order deadline to Collegiate Concepts Aug. 25 Fall Move-In – Schedule will be communicated during the summer. Sept. 12–16 Meal Plan change requests (This is the only opportunity to make changes to the meal plan during the academic year.) Early October First room health and safety inspections Dec. 16 Residence Halls close at 7 p.m. for winter break Dec. 16 Second room health and safety inspections Jan. 7, 2023 Residence halls re-open at 1:30 p.m. for spring semester Early February Housing selection begins for 2023–24 year; housing deposit due Mid-February Third room health and safety inspections Mid-March Housing selection ends; continuing students who completed applications select rooms for 2022–23 year Early April Summer housing application available
