Conducted a sustainability base building review to define tenant and landlord responsibilities for a 75,000 SF suite in a new build. We identified key HVAC, Building Automation System (BAS) and lighting issues that did not satisfy the tenant’s needs.
> Recommended changes that saved significant capital fit up costs as well as reduced their environmental impact during operations. > The tenant moved into the new building and had specifications built into the lease that allow them to drive sustainability performance in the new space that aligns and supports their overall corporate objectives.
