WELLNESS AT W SOUTH BEACH
Nestled in the heart of South Beach, AWAY Spa is a luxurious beach sanctuary dedicated to wellness and detoxifying spa experiences. The sunlit space includes seven treatment rooms, an indulgent spa lounge, lush outdoor basking terrace, dedicated powder rooms with eucalyptus-infused limestone steam showers and Chanel-inspired vanities, and more. The bespoke spa menu follows suit with organic rituals and detoxifying relaxation massages, body healing, and skincare treatments.
THE COURTS
Shoot some hoops and perfect your serve on South Beach’s one and only rooftop tennis and basketball court. Visit the seventh floor for SWISH – the rooftop regulation-size basketball court –and SWING, the rooftop Har-Tru® tennis court, where guests ace their game while enjoying cooling ocean breezes. Book W South Beach’s Slinger Bag Ball machine and practice any shot at various speeds, frequencies, and elevations. For guests who wish to work on their stroke, the concierge team can arrange access to a full-time tennis pro, Coach Federico Pintaluba, the onsite private tennis instructor. Private tennis lessons are available upon request. The tennis and basketball courts are exclusively available to hotel guests daily from 7am to 10pm at no charge and without age restriction. Complimentary rackets and balls are available.
WET DECK
Our pool area, WET, is an oasis of luxury and relaxation. Dive into our main pool or enjoy a more intimate experience at Mini WET. Grab a bite at WET Bar & Grille, where you can enjoy drinks and eats. Throughout the day, enjoy complimentary chilled face and hand towels, tropical smoothies, frozen fruit skewers, and coconut water daily.
ROOMS & SUITES
The reimagined guest rooms, by Urban Robot Associates, were designed as a retreat, enhancing each South Beach moment from sunrise to sundown, all while overlooking the endless Atlantic Ocean views. The design process marries beach house-style millwork, natural oaks, airy and plush neutral textures, and a beige color palette with accents of soft corals and shaded teals; while the new room flow creates an idyllic transitional oasis where guests go from a sleep haven to a contemporary living room set for entertaining.
JEAN-PHILLIPPE PIETER
Our suites feature the remarkable artwork of acclaimed French photographer Jean-Philippe. Well-known for underwater series and celebrity portraits, Jean-Philipe is recognized for offering a lighthearted and playful atmosphere which shines through his subjects. He photographs his subjects in St. Barth, Miami, and The Bahamas, where the natural surroundings add to the mood and appeal of his pictures.
