SharQui® Bellydance Women’s only bellydance class to gain strength, stamina, and isolation. (45 minutes) willPower & grace® A high energy, easy to follow blend of yoga, Pilates, and fitness, barefoot training. (50 minutes) ®

Zumba® Circuit Incorporate Zumba dance fitness intervals and weight/strength training with a Personal Trainer and a Zumba instructor. ®

*Pilates Mat Learn classical sequences of a Pilates routine on a floor mat. Mat/Tower A class that combines movements on both mat and tower. MVe® Chair Pilates exercises done on a specialized chair equipped with a pedal and springs to challenge & strengthen your core and balance. Reformer - A machine that provides exercise resistance with springs, gears and straps, allowing one to work very precisely to develop good alignment, core, strength and flexibility.
