What Makes A Great Film?
Hunting the Oldest Stars
Kevin J. Tankersley, who manages public trips and private charters for the classic 1930’s Pullman private rail road car, Dover Harbor, will speak on the history of the Pullman.
Michael Giuliano and Marie Westhaver, professors who teach film courses at Howard Community College will discuss the genre of film. Evening discussion promises to be sheer delight for film buffs!
Tom Brown, Mission Scientist for James Webb Space Telescope, will discuss how he uses some of the deepest images ever obtained with the Hubble Space Telescope to measure the ages of the stars in our galaxy and other galaxies in the universe.
