Food & Beverage Controller

As the F&B Controller, you will be responsible for all F&B accounting functions including inventory management, daily & month-end reconciliations and payables. Speciﬁc responsibilities will include: • The completion of all bookkeeping tasks including, but not limited to, balancing daily cash-outs, posting ledger entries, F&B invoice entry and reconciliations. • Daily gratuity reconciliation • F&B Inventory management including inventory item setup, entry, month-end adjustments and monthly cost of goods sold reconciliation • F&B POS training for staff including preparation of procedure manuals

Retail Controller

As the Retail Controller, you will be responsible for retail accounting functions as well as receivables management.
