Step 4: Scuba Diving--Dig deeper One of Governor DeWine’s responsibilities is to appoint people to positions that serve the state. One of Governor DeWine’s appointments was Kimberly Lowe Hall, CSG class of ’91 and Alumna of the Year in 2020. Ms. Hall is the director Director of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS), with approximately 2,200 employees. In her role, she directs the state's public assistance, workforce development, unemployment insurance, child and adult protective services, adoption, child care, and child support programs. With thousands of jobs being lost in Ohio due to COVID-19, in what ways does ODJFS become even more important to Ohioans for support?
