CONVEYORS PERSONALIZATION The conveying belt “in house“ manufactured, is completely adaptable to the needs of the material that should be conveyed. Chain shafts and rollers are thermal treated to increase the strength and high durability of the conveying belt.

RELIABILITY

They allow a correct chip extraction, canalizing chips through conveying belts and treating chips with high quality and well developed machines, both in design and performance, keeping the environment or workshop clean, tidy and avoiding the contact of the material by the plant operators.

Metal Hinged conveyors are suitable for the extraction of chips from machines, and for conveying chips along the workshop towards the treating area or to the chip collecting point.

Our Engineering Department designs and develops the most suitable system for the extraction and treating of chips depending on each particular need and taking into account the space assigned for the installation.

SCRAPER CONVEYORS

HARPOON-BAR CONVEYORS Scraper conveyors are used for short chips conveying. They are built by two side chains, where we place the scraper or the plate that drags the chips along the conveyor housing or frame.

MAGNETIC CONVEYORS The harpoon bar conveyors are used for the extraction of a big quantity of chips and coolant along the workshop. They are composed by a harpoon bar drived by a hydraulic cylinder moving alternatively and allowing the movement of the chips.

Magnetic conveyors are used for the conveying of small and medium quantity of ferric chips or particles. They are composed by a leak proof frame built of stainless steel and with two side chains where permanent magnets are placed.

CHIP CENTRIFUGES

Chips crushers are designed for crushing long or skeined chips, to reduce their volume and to prepare the material for the centrifuging or briquetting process.

These centrifuges are used for the separation of the oil or coolant from the chips coming from screw cutting, machining or crushing. After the centrifugation process chips get a humidity degree under 3%, getting different economic and environmental advantages: • Increase of the economic value of the centrifuged chips (both for selling or for the foundry process). • Recovery and reuse of coolants and oils used in the machining process. • Conversion from dangerous waste to lifeless waste. • Efficiency in the subsequent magnetic separation between ferric and non-ferric particles.

These installations are customized designed and their main objective is to eliminate chips and coolants handling time, and thanks to this process we get materials with higher value, free of dangerous wastes, and also the possibility of coolants or oil reuse. To offer the most suitable installation for each particular need, we have a permanent test area where the customer has the possibility to test each machine with his own material, and to check the efficiency of our machines.

DEPENDING ON THE FEEDING SYSTEM When in an installation the first conveyor receives a big quantity of chips, we design and manufacture custom made storage hoppers, which allow the using of the most appropriate unloading system. By this way, the customer saves time and avoids the continuous presence of the

operator close to the installation. Once the storage Hopper has been loaded, chips will move forward through some spindles towards the loading conveyor.

DEPENDING ON THE MATERIAL With a linear design, and besides the crushing and centrifuging processes we also include a magnetic separation process for the separation of ferric particles that can be glued to the chips. This separation process happens

CRUSHING AND CENTRIFUGING MONOBLOCK SYSTEM

The compact metal chip treatment system offers the opportunity to develop the whole treatment process (crushing, pieces screening and centrifuging) by a compact installation, with a very small footprint, and easily moveable in the workshop depending on the production requirements of the customer. It is a complete turnkey solution, not requering any installation on the workshop.

This compact system we integrates the crushing and centrifuging process in just one machine, so it occupies a very small footprint on the workshop. Thanks to this machine we eliminate the oil or coolant from the chips, having the possibility of reuse this coolant in the production process. It allows to get chips with higher value and prepared for briquetting process.

SEPARATION MAGNETIC DRUMS

FILTERS COMETEL filtering units are developed for the filtering and recovery of coolants. The liquid is directed towards a diffuser, from where it is spread over a filtering paper which holds back the

particles contained in the fluid. If the cutting fluid is pre-filtered by a magnetic separator, it enables up to 90% of the filtering paper to be saved.

Magnetic drums are used for the separation of ferromagnetic materials from other wastes. Its frame has scraper plates that brings material towards the area free of magnetic power, where the magnetic waste falls by gravity.

OVERBELT Overbelts are composed by permanent ferrite and neodymium magnets, and they are used for the automatic separation of ferromagnetic materials from several materials: industrial, wastes, electric components.

The rubber belt has a scrapper plate that remove metallic wastes that are attracted by the magnet to a side container.

Magnetic separators are used for the retention and separation of ferric particles from the coolant. The previous process for the magnetic separation is the filtration process, and sometimes it can be done at the same time placing the magnetic separator over the filtering unit.

The main objective of this screen, is to avoid the presence of pieces and foreing elements mixed with the chips, before chips go into the centrifuge. So by this way metal chips will go into the centrifuge and all the foreing elements separated in the vibrating screen will be directed to a separate back.

SWIVEL TRAYS Swivel trays are used for the proper distribution of the material in the storage containers. We include positioning detectors to regulate the tray tour and for an uniform distribution of the chips onto the container.
