Health+Care is a new event that offers a major national forum for those responsible for health and social care. One delegate badge, four conferences and exhibitions, thousands of health and care professionals There’s no doubt that health and social care systems and markets are changing – and Health + Care 2013 will play a pivotal role in enabling the senior decision makers in commissioning and provision to understand the new landscape and take real strides towards meeting the massive challenge of improving outcomes with diminished resources. Health + Care 2013 will bring all the stakeholders together, from all around the country to network, share practical advice, real solutions, and engage in facilitated learning that they can then take back to their day-to-day roles to enable them to do more with less. Registered delegates to Health+Care will have access to not one, but four exhibitions and conferences – Integrated Care, Home Care, Residential Care and Commissioning, which will help a wide spectrum of professionals to interpret policy, devise strategy, source innovation and implement change. Be part of the solution. Be there.

Integrated Care 2013 will bring all the successful pioneers and aspirants together from across the professional boundaries to showcase what is working – reducing hospital admissions and long stays, improving patient experience and outcomes – and how delegates can go about delivering it in their own organisations and locality.

Our aging population and rising numbers of people with frailty and dementia mean that domiciliary care agencies are supporting people with far more complex conditions in their own homes than in the past. The Home Care Show will bring commissioners and providers together to discuss the evolution of domiciliary service provision, and how agencies can make the most of the new opportunities.

Residential Care 2013 showcases how leading organisations are working with commissioners to transform the sector’s role, offering vital services that balance cost, quality, choice and value-formoney in a developing market. Pioneers are also exploring new opportunities with personal budget holders and hospitals, and offering insight into this evolving role will be a major theme in the speaker programme.

Commissioning: the definitive event for CCGs, CSU, LATs, GPs and practice managers to acquire first hand advice and practical training in business and finance management, provision of care, commissioning support, long term conditions and productivity through technology.

More than 6000 professionals will gather from all over the country for inspirational speakers, unrivalled networking and the largest sourcing floor in primary and social care. Delegates to the Health+Care exhibition and conference can benefit from: Eleven streams of unrivalled conference content Over 60 practical workshops, provocative debates, case studies and best practice sessions Regional networking events with key contacts in your locality including CCGs and GPs Hearing from keynote speakers such as Rt Hon Andrew Burnham, Labour Shadow Health Secretary, Norman Lamb, Minister of State at the Department of Health, Richard O’Driscoll, Head of Older People’s Commissioning, Cambridgeshire County Council Follow your interests and specialisms with content on dementia, technology and personalisation Learning about the latest care sector changes in regulations and initiatives Gaining the answers and inspiration to help you do more with less

HEALTH+CARE CONFERENCE STREAMS: INTEGRATED CARE INSIGHT 2013 is being billed as the year of integration experiments. Council cuts are driving social care interest and, on the healthcare side, the NHS Commissioning Board has an obligation to drive integration “at scale and with pace from April 2013”, in the words of health minister Norman Lamb. Successful integration projects are founded on strong relationships and trust between the stakeholders, shared aims and outcomes, great engagement, expertise and innovation - the Integration Stream has been developed to help give delegates practical advice on the way forward.

PROGRESS IN PERSONALISATION Speakers in this stream will update delegates on the strides being taken by councils in encouraging the take up and effective use of personal budgets; guidance on commissioning for personalisation and market development; the changing role of the council in social care and the structural implications; how providers can adapt and accommodate personal budgets and adopt the principles of personalisation into their day to day work and raise quality and satisfaction. TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS - RESIDENTIAL Experts will help delegates improve the efficiency of their businesses and effectiveness of their care. There will be
