Plastic by itself has Little capacity to generate excitement. It is through shapes that a material like this can express itself and comes to life, turning itself into an object that tells a story. Delica was created in Bera (Navarre) in 2005 as a company designing products for contemporary homes. The project began with the Delica line of trays, designed by Zoocreative, which was awarded the Delta de Oro in the 2005 Delta ADI FAD Awards, the Design Plus Award at the 2006 Frankfurt trade fair and the 2007 Red Dot Design Award. It continues with the Ameba collection and the Lorea fruit basket, also by Zoocreative. Delica has no intention of changing the world, merely to try to understand it and through a combination of knowledge and intuition, creating objects that express reality with an attentive look at contemporary homes. The world is currently experiencing rapid sociocultural changes that are a reflection of the phenomenon of globalization. Delica understands this to be positive, and it is what compels them to take a new look at objects.The human component is the basis upon which Delica designs that pieces in the collection, original pieces capable of contributing novelty, differentiation and poetry based on the principle of usefulness and practicality as everyday objects for the home.

The history of nanimarquina is based on a very clear idea: wanting to design rugs. It’s a simple statement, a transparent declaration of intent that has become a reality by putting into practice values such as observation, innovative endeavour, communication, emotion and knowing how to contemporise traditional craftsmanship. Since its origins in 1987, nanimarquina has been designing rugs and other textile products, paying particular attention to research on raw materials and production processes. These factors enrich the aesthetic aspect of the products, which are the true stars that give the brand its visibility and commercial success. Today nanimarquina is one of the leading rug manufacturing firms, exporting 60% of its production. With the second generation now forming part of the management, the company continues to make, live and offer design. Punt means point. A line is a series of points following a certain direction through space. That is Punt. The points from Punt that go to make up our collection are practically infinite. Many of these “punts” are happy encounters, happy discoveries; others are still searches, seeking serendipity. Some “punts” are in two dimensions (such as these graphics and communications); others are in three (such as our furniture) and others still pertain to the fourth dimension, by which we mean people: designers, clients, suppliers, friends and all the people who make this story possible through their individual efforts. Punt and Taller Contemporáneo (the industrial branch of Grupo Punt) have become part of Grupo Zriser, which has acquired 75% of both companies. The investor Grupo Zriser was founded in 2007 by Ana and Pablo Serratosa Luján and it manages a 300 million Euros fund. The acquisition was carried out through capital increase in order to provide funds to the acceleration of their growths and to foster their international expansion plans. Muebles Treku origins date back to 1947 where they started out in a workshop in Zarautz, a beautiful coastal town with a long-established tradition in the area of woodworking and carpentry. The original company name was taken from its founder, Jesus Aldabaldetrecu, a cabinetmaker of enterprising spirit. The workshop quickly earned a reputation in the region for producing high-quality classical bedrooms. The business underwent a process of industrialisation that was completed by the second generation of the family.
