The Frolic is an opportunity to learn how Mennonites and their neighbors lived 100 or more years ago, and it’s great fun for young and old alike. It also raises important funds to support the mission of the Mennonite Heritage Center.

Harleysville Hotel - The French Onion Soup is the best around. It’s perfectly done with all the melty cheese. And the cheese steak egg rolls are so good, I keep wanting to try the wings, but I can’t get enough of the soup! Dave H - Pennsburg.

Comfort at the Back Porch in Skippack I love the brisket sandwich. It has onions perfectly sautéed, smoked gouda cheese, horseradish and a simply delicious au-jus to dip it all in. It’s amazing! Have you tried the Farmhouse Restaurant in Skippack? It’s my favorite place to go with my daughter for lunch. She gets the petite filet, which is nice because it’s just enough for a lunch portion. I love the grown up grilled cheese - it has melted Brie & Swiss, with these delicipous sauteed onions and apples and it’s served on sourdough. Try it!
