We are looking for an experienced, Executive Level Wedding Planner to join our team. LUCCA is known for its exquisite food, impeccable service, and elegant atmosphere, making it the perfect venue for a romantic wedding.

• Meeting with clients to understand their vision and preferences.

• Creating a comprehensive wedding plan, including timelines, budgets, and vendor selection.

• Coordinating with the Managing Partner and the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution of the wedding day.

• Handling all administrative tasks related to the wedding, such as contracts, invoices, and payments.

• Overseeing the setup of the event space, ensuring all decor and details are in place.

• Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in wedding planning, preferably in a fine dining or high-end hospitality setting

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A passion for creating memorable experiences for clients or call
