Hot Hero Rolls Over the last two years working in conjunction with a major supplier Complete Cuisine are delighted to un veil our new concept called ‘Hot Hero Rolls’. For a small space allocation in-store, investment in hardware, supplied marketing support, In-store training & development from our key customer service personnel , we are confident that we can make your food operation a destination unrivalled for both quality and innovation. Over the next number of pages you will see the production process, our sample menus, our marketing point of sale, the equipment and essential ingredients to make this a profit generating concept. Unfortunately we cant tell you all our secrets that make our Hot Hero Rolls look feel and more importantly taste so good. Together we can make this work. Start with the frozen dough...
✔ Place shaped silicon baking mat onto its baking tray.
✔ Remove frozen sticks of dough from the freezer and place in our specially shaped silicon trays.

Next... The toppings!
✔ After traying up frozen sticks of dough, put tray directly into proofer cabinet for 5 minutes to allow product become moist on top.

✔ Take the stick of dough and roll it in your selected topping, then replace the stick of dough back into the silicon moulded tray.

Preparation before the baking...
✔ Make 5 light angled scores on the top of the stick of dough. ✔ Defrost for an additional 30 minutes.
✔ Place product into the proofer. ✔ It will take approx. 1.5 hours to proof the Hero Rolls. ✔ Once proofed, remove from the proofer and place in a pre heated oven.

Baking, Cooling & Storing...
✔ Bake for approx. 15 minutes at ✔ Once baked remove the 175o C. baked Hot Hero Rolls from the oven and leave them in the silicon mats to cool for 5 minutes. ✔ Place the tray in the glass fronted drying chamber.

Our steps to creating the perfect filled Hot Hero Roll… ✔ Customer chooses the bread & decides if its going to be a 6” / 12” Hot Hero Roll. - Take from the glass fronted drying chamber under the Proofer unit. - If customer asks for a 6” Hot Hero Roll take out a 12” Hot Hero Roll and cut in two. Place the 6” Hot Hero Roll on cutting board and safely cut from the side of the Hero Roll creating a hinge. - If the customer asks for a 12” Hot Hero Roll follow the previous steps until you want to cut the Hot Hero Roll. When cutting the 12” Hot Hero Roll you place it on the cutting board. Turn it on its side and start at the half way point and cut to the end point. Flip the Hot Hero Roll and once again start at the half way point and continue the cut to the end until you have created a hinged cut. By following this cutting procedure you will retain the original shape of the Hot Hero Roll. ✔ Ask the customer to choose their desired meat filling. - Place the meat filling on the base of the Hot Hero Roll. - If there is cheese in the recipe of the customers chosen Hot Hero Roll you put that in next on top of the meat filling. ✔ It’s now time to place the Hero Roll in the Turbo / MerryChef Oven. - Once the Hot Hero Roll is toasted remove from the oven and go to the next stage. ✔ Next comes the vegetables - which can be lettuce, tomato, green peppers, sliced jalapeno peppers or red onions. ✔ Now put in the sauce
