Overview TRW Automotive is a global leader in automotive safety systems. Headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, TRW is a Tier 1 auto parts supplier with an annual revenue of $16.4 billion in 2012. The TRW.com website is the primary marketing channel for the company’s automotive products and services.
Challenge The TRW website was in need of a redesign and update. Meeting the marketing and communication demands of the TRW global enterprise was strained by inefficiencies in the configuration of the publishing platform. A global collection of microsites across several languages was taxing the technology resources of the company.
