Executive Summary Filippo Bartoccioni is a Professor of Health Technology Assessment and an internationally acknowledged expert in Clinical Governance and Public Health. Nowadays he is the Provost (First Prorector) of the Astana Medical University. He collaborates with institutions, not only in European countries but also in countries of Central Asia and in Africa. He is also the author of the Pocket Manual Therapy, Book of Evidence Based Medicine, that is a textbook in most of the Italian Medical Faculties. Latest working duties involving Projects Management: During his activity in ASL Viterbo he was supervising all the internal projects and all European and other national and regional projects and their reporting. Indeed the company office for this activity was under his direct supervision. In Astana Medical University the new innovative project office and the related projects and project managers were under his direct supervision. He also supervised the opening and the early development of the medical incubator and coworking area and the development of their business plans, road maps and operational plan, supporting the introduction of startups and spin offs and events like Hackathon organized with UNICEF and Ministry of Health.
