At Rosewater Sweets we believe Cooking and baking are delightful ways to connect you closer to your family. What makes it more special is the time you spend cooking together, sharing meals, and enjoying your family traditions while you celebrate the holidays. At the age of 7, I started helping my mother and grandmother whenever they baked for family gatherings and special occasions, which sparked my curiosity and inspiration for pastries. Using Persian culinary principles as a foundation and adding an endless supply of regional ingredients, I created unique recipies based on my family’s techniques. My philosophy in each recipe is simplicity and elegance, letting the essence of the star ingredient, rose water, shine through. These artisan pastries are a great addition to any occasion and they are sure to put a smile on your face. We custom make almond or walnut baklava with pistachios.
