In true California style, Paramount Hotel Dubai’s signature restaurant invites you to “see, smell and savour” an authentic culinary experience. With flavours that transport you to the picturesque Californian coast, the menu is inspired by downto-earth eats found in the golden state but presented in true gourmet fashion. Dishing out everything from wood-fired steaks and seafood to handcrafted Californian rolls and freshly shucked oysters, the open kitchen and large grill add a sense of theatre to the experience. Melrose Avenue and Union Station. Just as the name suggests, the chefs bring the element of theatre to the venue with live cooking stations and an interactive kitchen. They entertain while working behind the scenes – firing up the grill, shaking up cocktails and more.

FLASHBACK SPEAKEASY

Step back in time at this venue that takes you all the way back to New York’s roaring 1920s. Keeping the experience as authentic as the decade’s Prohibition era, entry to the venue is password-controlled. Once inside, sink into comfy couches and enjoy smooth jazz while sipping on classic cocktails.

Murder mystery nights are a highlight at the venue, where diners are encouraged to get decked up and join in an immersive theatre experience. This is no regular dinner! THE CHEAT

Inspired by and named after the 1915 silent film by Paramount Pictures, The Cheat embodies seduction, desire and persuasion, celebrating one’s relationship with chocolate. Handcrafted using rich cocoa infused with an array of flavours, from rose and mint to cardamom, guests can sample signature truffles, macaroons and pastries prepared by master chocolatiers. For those seeking something bespoke, the venue’s chocolate factory can customise everything imaginable using chocolate – think hats, cigars, Tiffany boxes and more.
