My name is

Alina Gheban, I am 24 years old and I am from Timisoara, Romania.

As a short introduction about myself, I like to think about myself as a "people's person," having an outgoing personality. I love meeting and working with new people. One of my passions, other than fashion and modeling, is represented by everything included in the term of art. Last but not least, I am the biggest dog lover you've ever met. My first contact with modeling occurred when I was 13 years old, helped by a small agency based in Bucharest. Further on, two years later, I signed my first professional contract with Elite Europe, with whom I experienced for the first time what truly means to be an international model. I had the opportunity to visit and work in one of my favorite countries-China. During the time I've lived there, I had all types of jobs a man can imagine, from the typical lingerie or look book jobs to unusual TV commercials. But I loved each one of them (laughing). I've learned a lot from my trips. I've learned that every culture has good and bad things. I've learned that as a model, one of your most important abilities is adaptability. Most

importantly, I've learned exactly how a professional model should behave, from sleep schedules to proper skincare routines that help you get through a week with five jobs. I've learned a lot during the periods I traveled probably because it was somehow mandatory if you wanted to survive in the fashion industry. Further on, I received a proposal and the opportunity to pass on all that information and help young models develop, so I took it. Now I am working as a model trainer, scouter, and model manager for AP Models Management, a worldwide working modeling agency based in Bucharest, Romania. We invest enormously in preparing our models from posing to catwalk lessons, nutrition, skincare, and selfmake-up courses. We do that so we can ensure the models have the right tools for their progress. Each model we sign a contract with is placed in a unique program that evaluates what each girl is best at. This allows us to work in the right direction with each one of them.

We concentrate our attention on our model's training, and we try to push them to reach their limits. Everybody knows progress is just crossing that line out of your comfort zone. Thank you!

PREMIO LUNEZIAF R O M I TA LY W I T H L O V E This year the Premio Lunezia Music Festival celebrates its 25th anniversary. The festival was created by Stefano De Martino, an Italian from La Spezia and longtime creator of events for music and cinema, who in 1996 established this truly original event. The Premio Lunezia Festival is one of the most popular Italian music festivals that returns every year between La Spezia in Liguria and Lunigiana in Tuscany. The festival rewards song lyrics for their musical-literary value, and participants are judged through a formula and criteria unique to Premio Lunezia. In addition to performances, some actors interpret the texts of the competing songs as if they were poems, journalists, and writers who debate the songs making parallels between the song itself and Italian literary masterpieces. Premio Lunezia has awarded countless renowned Italian artists, many of which have taken to the stage during previous festivals, including Andrea Bocelli, Laura Pausini, Lucio Dalla, Fabrizio De AndrĂ¨, Gianna Nannini and Claudio Baglioni. Rai, the Italian national TV network, has broadcasted many segments dedicated to the Festival, including interviews with the show's creators. In 2001, the Festival's founders added a new part of the show dedicated to young and emerging talents. This section is curated by the singer Loredana D'Anghera and broadcast on Radio Rai, the Italian national radio network. The Festival's staff has already prepared the 2020 edition of the Premio Lunezia that will take place in Rome, La Spezia, Massa, and Aulla on various dates between July and October. The Festival's organizers are currently planning to bring the event to the United States to help promote Italian culture, image, and language. It has been my pleasure to paint in the Science Fiction genre for my clients. These paintings are just a small sampling of my Science fiction art. Ordinarily, the subjects and styles are what I see in my mind before I begin to paint; however, as the painting progresses, new elements begin to take shape. Iâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;ve painted some of these images many times for my various clients. Every similar image possesses unique variations; thus, each piece is an original.
