nature. To source hemp plants responsibly and use nutrient-rich, organic soil to harvest medicine free of harmful chemicals and pesticides. In her unfailing pursuit to optimize the health benefits of medicinal hemp products, Inesa created a lowtemperature process to produce CBDa—a vital bioactive compound found in living hemp. compelling success story, its beginning is quite humbling. Inesa's start in the CBD industry began when she received an early morning phone call from her home country, Lithuania. On the other end of that call was her mother who said, "Nesa, I'm dying—I have end-stage cancer, and the doctors said that I have six months to live." As anyone would be, Inesa was brokenhearted and felt helpless but determined to help her mother. So, she dug deep into her expertise as a holistic practitioner to explore herbal and other natural elements for remedies that offered livechanging solutions. As her research expanded, Inesa was drawn to the health benefits of the hemp plant.
When she learned of its uses for cancer and chronic illness, she dedicated herself to the diligent study of CBD, further expanding her holistic healing portfolio. Her extensive research engaged doctors, terminallyill patients, and scientists. She analyzed industry data and test results for hundreds of CBD products, revealing that most products deplete the hemp plant's life-healing properties through profitfocused farming techniques and processing methods that use harsh chemicals, heavy metals, and solvents. Inesa knew there must be a better way, and healing her mother was her founding proof. Today, Nesa's Hemp remains a dominant player in the CBD industry, as evident by the countless consumer

testimonials and real-life product experiences that speak of Inesa's care and love through producing a premium CBDa oil product. Inesa will continue to transform the CBD industry, and she remains busy at the helm of Nesa's Hemp, continuing her work as a holistic health consultant based in Chicago. Inesa understands the importance of giving back to the broader community by donating to various charities through Nesa's Hemp company while prioritizing people over profits. Her ethos of "doing right for humanity," is the key driver of Nesa's Hemp product development and core value in every service, that all thrive in tune with nature and global healing of body, mind, and soul.

What gave you the courage to start your own business? My start in the hemp and CBD industry began when I received an early morning phone call from Lithuania. On the other end of that call was my mother: she said, "Nesa, I'm dying—I have cancer, and doctors gave me six months to live." As anyone would be, I was brokenhearted and felt helpless, but I was determined to help my mother. I leveraged my expertise as a holistic practitioner to explore herbal and other natural elements for remedies that offered livechanging solutions. As my research expanded, I was drawn to the health benefits of the hemp plant. When I learned of its uses for cancer and chronic illness, I dedicated myself to the diligent study of CBD, further expanding my holistic healing portfolio.
I dedicated several years to the worldwide scientific studies of CBD, becoming an industry expert. I analyzed industry data and test results for hundreds of CBD products, which revealed not one product could meet all the highest quality standards, making them inferior products. The hemp plant’s healing compounds are released with the proper approach to farming and production integrity that respects nature.

But too many products were irresponsibly sourced, and the natural healing elements were destroyed through harsh processing. I knew there had to be a better way! When I saved my mother through the medicinal benefits of hemp, I realized what I did and that I needed to start saving others to stop mass suffering and hopeless feelings. The fear of losing my mom gave me the drive to transcend others from pain to happiness. At the beginning of the journey, I focused on helping people while working full time, but the overwhelming demand of people left me contemplating how to balance work and saving people. © Red Silk Carpet™ Oct 2022
The dilemma led me to my purpose in life and the decision to leave work and start Nesa’s Hemp to focus on my passion for healing the world and restoring happiness.
Who inspires you? Like many people, I, too, find great inspiration from my mother, family, and faith. All of which is a great foundation that energizes me. But I must also say that people's strong will inspires me as they confront terminal illnesses and endure chronic health issues while maintaining hope as they fight to live.
I'm also motivated to help people move past their pain and the fear of losing loved ones as I did. Five years ago, my mother was given six months to live.

What is your brand's mission goal? Nesa's Hemp's mission is to revolutionize the health care industry to provide people worldwide with the most effective, purest, and safest holistic products. We will do so by producing certified products that go beyond organic, source hemp seeds responsibly, use nutrient-
enriched soil, and leverage state-of-the-art lowtemperature extraction process to maximize the full potential of the hemp plant. There is too much sickness and unhappiness in the world. At the same time, pharmaceutical companies make billions of dollars to produce drugs that either aren't an effective cure or create side effects leading to taking more harmful medications. Even in the holistic world, there is false hope. Many products contain harmful chemicals, pesticides, and solvents that undermine natural medicinal properties. That's why Nesa's Hemp will

Giving back to diverse communities domestically and globally is a core value and ongoing pledge of Nesa's Hemp. The primary focus of our charitable work includes empowering children, women, and the homeless while providing care and shelter for animals.

Tell us your experience as an immigrant from Lithuania? I came to America at the tender age of 21. Like many immigrants, my English was not great, and adapting to the new culture, language, and way of life was very challenging. But unfortunately, my immigrant experience is not unique. Like others, I was abused and taken advantage of, all while striving to learn the language and opportunities to pursue a better life. I worked odd jobs and construction work early on to survive, even accepting food stamps until I could sustain myself. Then, I began cleaning people's homes and attending to their children as
a nanny leading to the start of my home cleaning and maintenance enterprise. It took great strength, determination, and perseverance to overcome many challenges and obstacles that tested my will to succeed. But I appreciate my valuable experiences, which molded and shaped who I am today. I find great inspiration when I think of the younger version of myself and what I endured to be successful, which is why I get so much joy in helping children and adults in need. What is your most memorable red-carpet event? © Red Silk Carpet™ Oct 2022
My most memorable redcarpet event occurred in 2019 when I attended the World CBD Awards event held in Barcelona, Spain. A host of international industry leaders recognized Nesa's Hemp as one of the highest quality products produced worldwide. Where did you study/develop skills for your profession? One of the things I cherish most in America is unfettered access to a wealth of knowledge via libraries, research laboratories, and

the veracity of online materials from credible sources. Combined with an insatiable desire to learn and master any subject, you can become an expert in anything with diligence and time.
Hence, my expertise in holistic medicine is deeply rooted in my laser-focused self-studies coupled with working alongside renowned doctors, medical researchers, and scientists worldwide to analyze cases, trial studies, and efficacies of alternative treatments. Like many doctors and medical experts, I maintain
these professional relationships and continue working with them. What was your favorite international experience? Global travel is rewarding in so many ways. Perhaps the most invaluable part of international travel is the experience of visiting undeveloped countries rich in culture, history, and Indigenous people who possess a vast appreciation for family and life. It's a humbling experience and a stark reminder that happiness is not fame or fortune but instead defined by the warmth of family © Red Silk Carpet™ Oct 2022

What is the difference between THC vs. Hemp? Marijuana and hemp-related health products differ significantly. The distinction is related to THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the primary psychoactive compound in marijuana—the element that makes users feel "high." The CBDa derived from the hemp plant suppresses THC and works in different ways that don't make you high. Hemp products like CBD and CBDa only contain residual trace amounts of THC after the CBD oil extraction process, leaving the divine and natural medicinal properties to heal, treat, and restore well-being. Where do you manufacture your products?
Our manufacturer is in Oregon state, overseen by the onsite production manager who adheres to my strict processing rules without exception or compromising product integrity. Nesa's Hemp follows rigorous processes to produce the purest, safest, high-quality hemp-plant products. However, Nesa's Hemp is unique and trustworthy; we go the extra mile in every step to ensure the highest quality. We start with purely organic seeds and naturally enriched biological soil. We have a low-temperature extraction process from the hemp plant that delivers the most robust natural compounds, leading to a

CBDa product with medicinal benefits and no side effects. CBDa is the bioactive compound found in living hemp, not CBD, and our production process ensures that we deliver the best CBDa available. Our products are one thousand times stronger than any other CBDa products because of our high standards and quality processing. Most CBD on the market test parts per million. Nesa's Hemp products go beyond the average standards by testing for harmful toxins in parts per billion to maintain consumer confidence and safety.
We created a new quality standard called beyond organic to lead by example.
We are committed to our company values, never compromising our integrity, and never place profits over people's well-being. We want to heal humanity and help people to become happy and healthy. I'm a visionary on a mission to transform the world! My goal is to see millions globally discover the healing power of nature, find holistic solutions to health problems, and realize all the benefits of CBDa. Where has your brand been featured? Nesas Hemp is frequently featured on television, podcasts, and widely read digital and in print magazines and news stories, including but not limited to Forbes, Los Angeles Wire, The Chicago Journal, U.S. Reporter, and Yahoo. What sets your brand apart from others? Nesas Hemp products are organic, non-GMO, and high-quality CBDa products. We help people discover the healing power of the hemp plant to treat common ailments and chronic health conditions that will enhance the wellbeing of millions worldwide and restore happiness.
The company's commitment to caring for others is embodied in our pledge to source seeds responsibly and use natural nutrient-enriched soil to grow hemp without harmful chemicals and pesticides. In the neverending pursuit to maximize the medicinal benefits of the hemp plant, I created a low-temperature process to produce CBDa—a vital bioactive compound found in living hemp. And the unique state-of-the-art extraction process makes Nesa's Hemp the country's only purest and most trustworthy CBDa oil product.
So, I empowered them with access to better schools and provided financial support to overcome barriers to exploring all that America offers to help make their dreams come true.
Our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure the highest quality products consumers can trust. We welcome other brands to put their products to the same standards of excellence and report the results.
Who are your favorite fashion designers?

Tell us about your family I love my family unconditionally, and they make me extremely happy. I appreciate the strong foundation that my parents provided my siblings and me. I'm the oldest of three, and I helped my sister and brother get an early start in America on track toward citizenship. I didn't want them to struggle and suffer the same humiliation and pain I had when I came to America.

Lynn's first GRAMMY honor came during the ninth-ever GRAMMY Awards in 1967, with a nomination for "Don’t Come Home A Drinkin'," an upbeat track where she tells her husband to sober up, famously crooning, "liquor and love just don’t mix." Her first GRAMMY win arrived in 1972 for "After the Fire Has Gone," a duet with fellow country legend Conway Twitty. "The main thing about country music is that I love to sing it and there’s a lot of people who love to hear it," she said during her acceptance speech after her most recent GRAMMY win, this one for Best Country Album in 2005 for Van Lear Rose, a collaboration with Jack White. Jeannie Seely (GRAMMY-winning singer, Grand Ole Opry legend): As an artist/songwriter, her impact will be felt and studied by historians for years to come. Aside from being such a legendary artist, Loretta was my Opry sister, a connection that has always meant the world to me. That is a special bond to us as we’ve all shared the same dreams, same disappointments, the same personal challenges, and, most of all, the same love of the Grand Ole Opry. Joe Bosnall (GRAMMY-winning member of The Oak Ridge Boys): She was truly the Queen of country music. One of the greatest American success stories of all time. Humble beginnings to iconic legend, with a meaningful career and body of work that may never be equaled. Sunny Sweeney (Country singer-songwriter): Loretta Lynn was a trailblazer for all of us following in her footsteps, making it ok to write and sing about real-life situations, even if they weren't always pretty. Ingrid Andress (GRAMMY-nominated singer/songwriter): There are not enough words to thank Loretta Lynn as one of the first to make a path for women in country to ride on. She paved the way for so many by sharing her talent and voice at a time when women’s voices weren’t being heard. May we be so lucky as to have artists and songwriters continue this country music tradition of sharing the stories that unite us in the most important ways. Connie Smith (GRAMMY-nominated singer-songwriter): Loretta was always my favorite singer and a great friend. Rita Wilson (Actress, singer): She was smart, she was strong, and she was kind. "Grace, With Vocals That Sounded Like A Million Bucks" Amanda Shires (GRAMMY-winning singer-songwriter, member of The Highwoman): My grandad listened to a lot of music. When we’d go selling flowers (he was a wholesale nursery man), one of the artists he loved to play was Loretta Lynn. I admire the way he loved fearless women. Loretta was fearless. Both Garland Shires and Loretta Lynn helped me learn how to lean into my gut feelings and strength inside my own self. And I’m grateful that he introduced me to her music.“ Connie Smith: The first time I came to Nashville I went to the Ernest Tubb Record shop and a guy said my wife wants to meet you and it was Loretta. She said "I heard you up there and you’re going to make it. I’m going to do for you what Patsy Cline did for me." She even brought me out on stage for the Grand Ole Opry during her show for the first time. Sunny Sweeney: She was such an inspiration to me personally. I carry the words of advice she gave me many years ago to every writing appointment: "Just write what you know, baby, just write what you know." Joe Bosnall: I joined the Oak Ridge Boys 49 years ago and right away we found ourselves on a Loretta Lynn CBS special. We wore these checkered coats that exist today in Loretta’s museum. I thought she was beautiful, gracious and kind. That never changed over the years.
Sierra Hull (Bluegrass singer, guitarist and mandolinist): I first saw Loretta perform six or seven years ago from backstage at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. I was so struck by how gorgeous she was in her long, flowing, red sequined dress. I couldn’t stop watching her as she took the stage with such grace and her vocals still sounded like a million bucks. I’ll never forget it. I went home and started obsessing over her albums with a fresh excitement. Michael Trotter (Singer-songwriter, The War And Treaty): Growing up, in my bedroom was my grandmother's old school ACME radio. FM was happening back then....playing all the latest in Hip Hop and R&B. AM played all the religious stuff like Moody Bible. But at night the classic country western music played all night long. Mama rigged my radio to only play that AM station and I went to sleep to Loretta Lynn nightly. Rita Wilson: You didn’t have to be from the south to love Loretta Lynn. Her force of talent reached me as a young woman in another kind of south, Southern California. To hear a woman singing "You Ain't Woman Enough To Take My Man" was shocking. It was the ultimate diss track and ahead of its time. She enabled women to have a voice literally and metaphorically. It was so empowering to hear this in a song.
© Red Silk Carpet™ Oct 2022
A Discography Of Country Classics Jeannie Seely: My favorite song is "Blue Kentucky Girl." It’s so sincere you have to believe every word she’s singing because she makes you feel it. And anyone can relate it to wherever they are from, like I did. Connie Smith: I love all of her songs, but my favorite is "Here I Am Again.“ Michael Trotter: The first song I ever heard from Loretta was back in the '80s.... "Don’t Come Home A Drinkin'." In fact, when Daddy would come home drunk, and he and Mama were fighting I’d go in their room and start singing that song to Daddy and they’d actually stop fighting. That’s when I knew she had super angelic powers. I will never forget the first time I ever heard her. Joe Bosnall: [My favorite Loretta song is] "Don’t Come Home A Drinkin'." Every man alive knew what that meant. Amanda Shires: "The songs I love the most are the ones I can relate to the most: "Don’t Come Home a Drinkin’" "The Pill" She was pro-choice. And when I read that in her memoir, I thought, amen…glad there’s more of us than I thought.“
Sunny Sweeney: "She was already my queen with her music from her first single on, but when she released Van Lear Rose, she was placed on the highest of high pedestals. "Miss Being Mrs" is quite possibly one of the greatest songs of all time.“
© Red Silk Carpet™ Oct 2022
Rita Wilson: [My favorite song is] "Coal Miner’s Daughter." My dad was an immigrant and came to America on a freighter ship where he shoveled the coal powering the boat’s engines. Loretta seemed to be singing about my family. Loretta’s family didn’t have a lot of money, but they were happy, and they had love. She sang about her life with pride, not embarrassment. In this song she embraced the values that are important in life: family, love, hard work and a spiritual life.
Tanya Trotter (Singer-songwriter, The War And Treaty): "You Ain’t Woman Enough To Take My Man" was my first song [of Loretta Lynn's that I loved]. It was the most classy way I had ever heard a woman tell another woman off, ha! Hard Hitting And Meaningful Joe Bosnall: She wrote songs that were hard hitting and meaningful. Great Britain lost their long reigning Queen and now we have lost OUR Queen as well. Tanya Trotter: She leaves this world with no regret, no recourse or no shame and we’ll work hard on earth's playground with her in memory. Amanda Shires: I’m grateful for the times I got to be in her presence or sing for her. We’re all in a better world because of her. Loretta will always remain a hero and a light. Sunny Sweeney: I'm so brokenhearted that we have lost another of my heroes. My deepest sympathy is with Miss Loretta's family. Sissy Spacek, Pays Tribute to the Late Loretta Lynn: 'A Great Artist, a Precious Friend' Oct 4, 2022 Loretta Lynn, the First Lady of Country Music, died on Tuesday in her sleep at her home in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee, her family announced. She was 90. Upon news of Lynn's death, Sissy Spacek, who played the singer in the 1980 biopic Coal Miner's Daughter and won an Oscar for her portrayal, remembered the late country star. "Today is a sad day. The world lost a magnificent human being," Spacek said in a statement. "Loretta Lynn was a great artist, a strong and resilient country music pioneer, and a precious friend. I am heartbroken. I send my deepest sympathies to her wonderful family, her friends, and her loyal fans.“ Lynn was born on April 14, 1932, into the remote Appalachian community of Butcher Hollow in Van Lear, Kentucky. She was the second of eight children born to Clary and Melvin "Ted" Webb, who worked as a coal miner and died at age 52 of black lung disease. At age 15, Lynn married Oliver Vanetta "Doolittle" Lynn, who encouraged her to pursue singing country music.

In 1976, Lynn released her autobiography, titled Coal Miner's Daughter, about her humble beginnings and rise to fame, which was later adapted into director Michael Apted's film of the same name. Lynn handpicked Spacek to play her in the movie, with Tommy Lee Jones as Oliver "Doolittle" Lynn, Beverly D'Angelo as Patsy Cline, and musician Levon Helm as Ted Webb. Coal Miner's Daughter earned seven nominations at the 53rd Oscars, including for Best Picture and Best Adapted Screenplay, and won Best Actress for Spacek's performance as Lynn. "I started to work on Coal Miner's Daughter with a bunch of strangers and I finished working on Coal Miner's Daughter with a bunch of friends," Spacek said onstage. "I want to thank Loretta Lynn, and my wonderful director Michael Apted, and Tommy Lee Jones — my Doolittle — and Beverly D'Angelo... and the lady who gave me all that hair, Lorraine Roberson. And my wonderful husband Jack [Fisk]. And all the cast and crew that worked on Coal Miner's Daughter. I share this with you, and I love you.“ Lynn is survived by four of her six children, as well as 17 grandchildren and four stepgrandchildren.

She attended North Salinas High School and went on to attend Junior College at Hartnell. She eventually went on to graduate as valedictorian from Antioch University with a Bachelors of Sciences in holistic health and nutrition, with a minor in traditional Indian medicine (the study of herbology). She was a model and an actress, a member of both the Red Earth Theater Company and the Screen Actors Guild. She was known for her roles in The Trial of Billy Jack (1974), Johnny Firecloud (1975) and Winterhawk (1975). In 1973, Littlefeather attended the 45th Oscars to decline Brando's Best Actor award for his performance in The Godfather. She became the first person to make a political statement at the ceremony, sharing that Brando's refusal of the Oscar was in protest of Hollywood’s portrayal of Native Americans over the years and to draw attention to the standoff that was taking place at the time between activists and the government at Wounded Knee, located on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in southwestern South Dakota. Littlefeather, then 26, was met with a mix of applause and boos — and even physical aggression from John Wayne in the wings of the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. This moment resulted in her being professionally boycotted, personally attacked and harassed, and discriminated against in the decades that followed.

READ: Sacheen Littlefeather's Oral History: The Oscars, Marlon Brando and a Legacy of Activism (Exclusive) In June of this year, Littlefeather was presented with a statement of apology, signed by former Academy President David Rubin. Read the full apology here. "I write to you today a letter that has been a long time coming on behalf of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, with humble acknowledgment of your experience at the 45th Academy Awards," the apology reads. "As you stood on the Oscars stage in 1973 to not accept the Oscar on behalf of Marlon Brando, in recognition of the misrepresentation and mistreatment of Native American people by the film industry, you made a powerful statement that continues to remind us of the necessity of respect and the importance of human dignity.“ "The abuse you endured because of this statement was unwarranted and unjustified. The emotional burden you have lived through and the cost to your own career in our industry are irreparable. For too long the courage you showed has been unacknowledged. For this, we offer both our deepest apologies and our sincere admiration," the letter of apology continues. On Sept. 17, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures hosted an evening of conversation, reflection, healing, and celebration with Littlefeather. The night's program featured a land acknowledgment and a reading of the statement of apology from Rubin. "In 1973, I was a 26-year-old indigenous woman and a member of the Screen Actors Guild," Littlefeather said onstage during An Evening with Sacheen Littlefeather. "Very few people of color were finding their way through an impractical society that deliberately set out to erase the existence and diversity of Native peoples. Through genocide, oppression, and the unwavering efforts for Indian self-determination, our generation remained hard at work. And we were not the only ones.

"In 1973, I fulfilled the request of a friend and an ally," she said. "I knew the impact and the importance of representing all Native people on that night." She continued, "I more than anyone know the impact of what 60 seconds at the Academy Awards can mean then and now, 50 years later. I have developed a strong sense of self, community, and a good sense of humor. Laughter is good medicine.“ "When I am gone, always be reminded that whenever you stand for your truth, you will be keeping my voice and the voices of our nations and our people alive," she concluded. "I remain Sacheen Littlefeather. Thank you.“ Littlefeather's funeral will be held later this month at St. Rita Church in Fairfax, California. She will be buried next to her husband, Charles Koshiway, at the Otoe-Missouria Cemetery in Red Rock, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers, Littlefeather requested that all donations be made to the American Indian Child Resource Center.
