1. What were your biggest challenges in your incredible performance in the feature film which was a Golden Globes Official selection of historical epic drama called Tomris? The biggest challenge was acting in an unfamiliar language. My heroine speaks ancient language. We had a linguistic consultant present on the set each day and she would point out if a word was mispronounced. There’s a scene where I ride a horse, jump off while the horse is still running, do a spin in the air before I land, run and start my lines. And then walk and talk while horses are crossing and I had to remember what moment I said what word for the continuity purposes.

2. Tell us about your back-ground of origin and your pursuit of acting, singing, and becoming a licensed attorney? I was born and raised in Kazakhstan. My first love

was dance. I started dance school when I was 8 and a year later, I was on stage. Later in life I started taking vocal lessons and writing music, using a secret stage name.

offering to read for a role when I had no idea what that meant.

But as a lawyer I’ve approached it with the outmost OCD :) I read every book on acting I could find, did a research on the story (the film was based on real events), found another heroine that seemed much more compelling to me, and asked to read for that character instead. While developing my heroine I fell in love with the process.

3. What State Award did you receive on behalf of the President for your legal practices in the great nation of Kazakhstan? Once I was in a cab and my song came up on the radio. The driver started talking about the singer and I was like “Uh really? Oh wow?” I got my law degree at the age of 20, I started practicing as an in-house lawyer for an oil company. One evening when I was out with friends, I was approached by a producer

The state award was for the significant professional contribution into the development of Kazakhstan and its capital. These medals were also awarded to the King of Jordan, presidents of Georgia, Russian, Turkey, Tajikistan, Kirghizia, and Turkmenistan.

4. After receiving a fullscholarship to the prestigious UCLA Law school, how was your experience and what were the challenges? My experience at UCLA was amazing, I wanted to be there longer. The most challenging part was that I wanted to take as many classes as possible - in addition to being a fulltime law student, I’ve also enrolled in some film and theatre classes at the TFT and ended up with way too many units.

5. What are your top 3 favorite songs that you have produced as a singer?

My most favorite song I was dedicated to my mom. I wrote it right before my show. My mom flew in to see me perform, she knew I wrote a new song, but had no idea what song. I rehearsed it with my band, it was brand new, we had not arranged it yet, it was not recorded. After signing my other songs, I said I was going to sing a new one and this song was for the most special person in my life.

warrior Sardana, I improved my sword skills at the training camp with Nomad Stunts. Throughout years I’ve practiced a little bit of judo, kick boxing, and jiu jitsu. In February, this year I started practicing taekwondo and last week I got promoted to a blue belt with a stripe.

She sat in the front row, I started singing and at some point, I saw it on her face - she was about to cry, and I just had to look away because I would have started crying too. At the end of the song, I came down with flowers and sang the final lines of the song while standing right in front of her. I gave her the flowers, we hugged and then we cried lol. 6. Where did you learn your martial art skills and sword fighting techniques? How long have you been practicing?

The most frightening stunt I’ve done in the Legend of Tomiris: I had to hang on the side of the horse while the horse was cantering and shoot arrows without really seeing where the horse was going.

I started my sword practice when I was attached for a project 5 years ago, I ended up backing out of that project, but never stopped practicing. When I was cast for the role of princess

7. As a stunt actor, what was your most frightening stunt you’ve attempted?

8. How long have you been a member of SAGAFTRA? I’ve been a SAG member since 2017.

9. How can the next Hollywood producer cast you in their productions? They can reach out to my reps - through my site AizhanActress.Weebly.com

10. Who are your mentors/who would you dedicate your success to?

The position of my mentor is still vacant :) My success is dedicated to my mom and my loved ones who are always by my side.

11. Which Red Carpet event has made the most significant impact on you?

A play at the Vakhtangov theatre in Moscow titled Dead Souls based on the novel by the same name by Gogol. When I went to see the play, I was skeptical at first as there were only two actors performing all of the many incredibly diverse characters of the brilliant novel.

Golden globes. I saw each and every actor and actress I admire. It was the most inspirational and beautiful gala.

17. How do you stay in remarkable shape?

There’s an organization in my home country that helps victims of domestic abuse and violence against minors. It’s called Ne Molchi, which translates as Do Not Stay Silent. That would be a charity of my choice.

Gary Oldman and Cate Blanchett

14. What was your most memorable performance in live theater?

15. What are your favorite sports to play? Tennis 16. How do you plan on using your platform to make this world a better place? I am developing my first film which is going to show the metamorphosis of victims of domestic violence. I would like to one day wake up in the world free of domestic violence and child abuse.

12. If you were granted 10MM to donate to a charity of your choice, which one would it be and why?

13. Who do you consider the most inspirational actors/actresses?

used 25 unique masks which were specifically made for the actors after their faces were 3D scanned.

Why thank you :) I practice Taekwondo.

The lead actress ended up playing 17 completely different in oh so many ways characters both men and women of very different shapes and sizes for 2.5 hours and it was absolutely phenomenal.

The remaining characters were played by her counterpart. All in all they

18. If you were to run for political office(which you are highly qualified for), which office would you run for and what changes would you like to bring? I would run for LA Mayor’s office just to solve the homelessness in this city. It is appalling and heartbreaking to see how many people are living on the streets and what became of some beautiful parts of LA.

19. What are your favorite memories as a highly active tennis player & horseback rider? My favorite memory of horseback riding is when I rode with bunch of girls in the mountains. At some point we were racing downhill. The adrenalin, feeling of complete freedom, wind in your face, the excitement, girls yelling, pure mountain air, smell of nature, - I will cherish these memories forever.

20. Have you ever been injured during the intensive scenes in Tomris? Going back to that time I had to hang on the side of the horse :) just like I said I couldn’t see where the horse was running, but at a certain point the horse master was to stop the horse.

During take 3 he didn’t because the horse decided not to stop and not to listen to its master and kept running until it hit my back on a wooden well built for our film. It was painful, I slipped to the ground. Side note, I’m a germaphobe, I never left my house without a sanitizer long before pandemic 😩. But that time pain was so sharp I just buried my face into dirt forgetting about basic hygiene. So, I am there in dirt trying to mentally assess the damage, scanning my body for injuries. Later I was told that when the impact happened it looked so bad that it didn’t look like I was a real person, the way my body bounced back from the well looked like I was a doll and not an actual living and breathing human. We had 400 extras on the set that day, unbeknownst to me they all started

running towards me to see what happened. The AD team is yelling to make them stop, the 1st AD ran to me. She later told me she thought I was going to be disabled after that, it looked so bad she thought my back was broken. I stood up, saw all these people around me, spotted the director (he ran out of his tent too) and told him I wanted to see the playback. He said of course and took me to the playback tent. While we watched, he became very angry because one of the 3 cameras didn’t have focus. He said on the radio to get my body double ready, but I said, “I would do it!” He said “No.” I said “Yes” He said “No!” I said “yes! But if anyone fxxks up this time I swear I’m gonna fxxking hurt somebody "and I walked out.

That’s pretty much how it went lol. The 4th take went smooth and perfect; the horse master stopped the horse at the end. Later I found out that while wrestling with the horse during the accident he broke his ankle, but he felt so bad that it was his fault I got hurt that he didn’t tell anyone, so the 4th take he was running and stopping the horse with a broken ankle 😵‍💫 I felt so bad when I found out. 21. It appears that not only do you have a great personality and character to cast in action/drama films, but you also have a great sense of humor that you’ve portrayed in comedic scenes. Would you consider casting in more comedy films?

I would love to do more comedy. I had so much fun filming comedy and in the acting conservatory, my favorite class was a multicam comedy, I would like to try that one day. Instagram: @AizhanLighG

AASM American Academy of Sleep Medicine ™

Sleep experts want to stop ‘springing forward’ to daylight saving time Lost hour of sleep and biological misalignment raise health and accident risks DARIEN, Ill., March 01, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Most of the U.S. will “spring forward” to begin daylight saving time on Sunday, March 12, forcing many to lose an hour of sleep over the weekend and causing it to remain dark later in the morning for the next eight months. Based on evidence that shows the switch to daylight saving time carries many health and accident risks and is misaligned with human circadian biology, the position of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine is that seasonal time changes should be abolished in favor of permanent standard time. “Mounting evidence shows the dangers of seasonal time changes, which have been linked to increased medical errors, motor vehicle accidents, increased hospital admissions and other problems,” said Jennifer

Martin, a licensed clinical psychologist and president of the AASM. “Restoring permanent, year-round standard time is the best option for our health and well-being.” AASM survey data show the majority of respondents (63%) said they want to eliminate seasonal time changes in favor of a national, fixed, year-round time. Studies show that seasonal time changes can have dangerous consequences, including: •The change to daylight saving time in the spring is associated with an increased risk of motor vehicle accidents, cardiovascular events and mood disturbances; an increased risk of stroke and hospital admissions; and increased production of inflammatory markers, one of the body’s responses to stress. •Research also shows that traffic fatalities increase as much as 6% in the first few days following the change to daylight saving time. •A recent study found an 18.7% increase in adverse medical events related to human error in the week after switching to daylight saving time.

© Red Silk Carpet™ April 2023

•The spring change to daylight saving time is hard on high school students. A study shows that teens lost an average of 32 minutes of sleep per night after the change to daylight saving time for a total of 2 hours and 42 minutes of lost sleep during the week. During school days after the time change, students also were sleepier, had slower reaction times and had a hard time paying attention. Tips to Manage Daylight Saving Time To minimize fatigue and sleepiness associated with the spring time change, the AASM recommends the following: •Get at least seven hours of sleep per night before and after the time change. •Gradually adjust bedtimes and rise times by shifting them 15 to 20 minutes earlier each night beginning a few nights before the time change. •Adjust the timing of daily routines that are “time cues” for your body, such as your mealtimes. •Set clocks ahead one hour in the early evening on March 11 and then go to bed at your normal bedtime that evening.

•Head outdoors for early morning sunlight the week after the time change, as the bright light will help set your internal clock to the new time. This helps regulate sleep and alertness. “After the time change, waking up can be difficult – especially for kids and teens,” said Martin. “Planning ahead and adjusting your sleep schedule before the change to daylight saving time can help your body adapt and reduce the negative effects of the time change.” Eliminating Seasonal Time Changes In recent years, many legislators have discussed eliminating time changes altogether. In 2022, the Senate passed the Sunshine Protection Act, which would establish permanent daylight saving time in the U.S. The AASM opposes the bill and is urging Congress to support permanent standard time instead. “I’m glad that there is growing support to end seasonal time changes, and I hope that lawmakers will prioritize health and safety by adopting year-round standard time, which best aligns with the body’s

internal clock,” said Martin. Visit SleepEducation.org fo r more information about daylight saving time and additional resources from the AASM about sleep disorders, treatments, and sleep health. 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The American Academy of Sleep Medicine continues to oppose the Sunshine Protection Act, which Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida has reintroduced in the Senate. Rep. Vern Buchanan of Florida also has introduced a companion bill in the House of Representatives. The legislation proposes to establish permanent daylight-saving time in the U.S. The AASM supports the elimination of the biannual time changes in March and November but is advocating for Congress to introduce legislation restoring permanent standard time. “It is time to stop changing our clocks in the spring and fall, but making daylight saving time permanent is the wrong choice,” said AASM President Jennifer Martin. “The science is clear: Restoring permanent, yearround standard time is the best option for our health and well-being.”

As described in an AASM daylight saving time position statement published in 2020, standard time aligns best with human circadian biology and provides distinct benefits for public health and safety. Standard time is closely aligned with the position of the sun, which is important for the body because sunlight is the most powerful external cue for the human circadian rhythm. This internal “body clock” regulates the timing of alertness, sleepiness, and other biological functions. By artificially shifting the clock time an hour forward, daylight saving time causes a misalignment between clock time and solar time, interfering with our circadian timing. This disruption results in a condition known as “social jet lag,” which is associated with an increased risk of obesity, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease, and depression. If daylight saving time becomes permanent, then Americans will be living with social jet lag yearround. Rather than “saving” light, daylight saving time shifts

the clock time of daylight hours later in the day, causing it to remain dark later in the morning. During the winter months, permanent daylight-saving time would delay sunrise until after 8 a.m. in much of the country, and after 9 a.m. in some states that are farther north, which would be especially problematic for people who experience seasonal affective disorder. Morning sunlight is essential for mood regulation, especially during the shorter days of winter. “Bright morning light, especially following a good night of sleep, has a therapeutic effect and is important for maintaining a healthy mood,” said Martin, a licensed clinical psychologist. The long, dark mornings caused by permanent daylight-saving time also would make it difficult to wake up for school and work in the winter, and the safety of children would be jeopardized while waiting at the bus stop and walking to school in the dark. These concerns caused public support for permanent daylight -saving time to plummet after Congress enacted the Emergency

© Red Silk Carpet™ April 2023

Daylight Saving Time Energy Conservation Act of 1973. After just one winter of permanent daylightsaving time, the trial was aborted, and Congress reversed course by amending the legislation to reinstate standard time during the winter months beginning in November 1974. Louis Kira Ukaine Kira Tan I would like to express my great gratitude for France's help during the war in Ukraine.

Namely the protection that the Ukrainian families who are here can use and continue their peaceful life during the war in their country of origin. All of France, especially the southern region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur help my native Odessa. So many points in common between our regions - port infrastructures, tourist attractions. Already signed Declaration of cooperation intentions between regions. The French side has already agreed to help in the reconstruction and development of the Odessa region in the post-war period. Also, our number one great desire is victory! The second - so that as soon as possible the Ukrainian language becomes an official language in the European Union. By the way, the official language is the language of all the countries that join the EU. __________________ I say thank you to France for helping Ukraine. For the protection of Ukrainian families. At just 15 years old, Chanel Berrebi has just been elected Miss Youth Côte d'Azur. Heading now to the Miss Youth France election. Who is she? What is this competition? Answers. Louis Capizzi International Photojournalist

She is 15 years old, lives in Mandelieu-La Napoule in the Alpes-Maritimes, is 1.68 meters tall and already has stars in her eyes. Chanel Berrebi has always been drawn to the stage, whether musical or for fashion shows. "At 6 years old, I started singing and I was spotted to participate in The Voice, but I had health problems, an orphan disease, I could not go", confides the young girl .

Theater, musical comedy, singing until she was ten years old, she multiplied artistic practices. It is only after that the teenager takes the parades for passion. "I've always dreamed of being in their place," she says, speaking of the Miss France competition. However, only eight months ago, Chanel Berrebi began beauty contests.

May Liu, who served as the film's screenwriter, director, and producer, said in an interview with reporters, "I have always wanted to make a film about humanity. In my heart, I am a warrior, and I believe that film is the best way to spread positive energy to society and help people recognize good from evil and fight for justice.

This film was a comprehensive challenge for me. Although I had previously worked as a producer on several films, in this film, I was the director, leading the story and script creation, selecting actors, purchasing props and costumes, starring, and performing post-production editing. These tasks were not ones that we were unwilling to pay others to do, but they believed that these tasks were impossible to complete within the specified time, so I had to do them myself. Because I am someone who pursues results, in my dictionary, there is nothing that is "impossible." When I decide to do something, no matter how difficult it is, I will complete it.

This film is a humanitythemed film that I created for the Superstar Art Foundation and my first film as a director. It was very difficult because we did not have external investment, but we were fortunate to have the support of my friends, which allowed us to complete the film in such a short period of time. Of course, if we had more investment, I think I could have done better, such as achieving better picture quality with better

Our casts also accepted the challenge of this film, realistically interpreting their roles, and add their own spice into the role. The performance of the heroine is also remarkable, especially the image of the rebellious girl EMILY played by the 17-year-old Texas actress LANA GILLETT. The police officer played by actor Marcus Medina contributed a lot of action scenes to the film, which added to the film's highlights. Although some of them had doubts during the filming process about whether I could complete the filming in time. I think this is a fixed mindset people have about

never gratuitous or excessive, and it adds to the realism of the story.

The pacing of the movie is well-balanced, with tense and suspenseful moments interspersed with quieter scenes that allow the characters to develop. The editing is also top-notch, with seamless transitions and a consistent tone throughout.

Overall, "Lost in 24" is a gripping crime-thriller that will satisfy fans of the genre. It features impressive acting performances, an intricate plot, and strong pacing and editing. If you're looking for a movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat and leave you thinking long after the credits roll, "Lost in 24" is definitely worth watching.

Another strong point of the movie is its use of violence. While there are some intense and graphic scenes, they serve a purpose in advancing the plot and developing the characters. The violence is

The film is joining the competition of Film Festival and will be screened in USA in May 2023.

During the 3-year pandemic, I saw many people's misfortunes around me. I cannot provide economic help to everyone, but as an artistic creator, the only thing I can do is to use my own creation to call for attention from the world and provide more help to unfortunate people. "If we were to look at it from a business perspective, this may not be a perfect commercial film, but it is a genuine one because each character in the film represents our true selves." "Lost 24" uses aerial photography to capture the

beautiful scenery of the city and discover the beautiful scenery of Texas. The emotional core of the film lies in JENNIFER's emotional and psychological changes, from her rebellious attitude towards her daughter, to her desire for a new romance, from her anxiety upon learning of her daughter's disappearance to carrying out her revenge plan. The audience's concern for the fate of her daughter, EMILY, continues to push the story to a climax, and the ending of the story is both unexpected and reasonable.

Unlocking the Path to Recovery and Redemption William “Billy” Reynolds Releases New Memoir

“FINDING GRACE”

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., March 14, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- With addiction and crime ravening our society, the story about one man’s ability to overcome obstacles of addiction, incarceration and crime brings hope and faith. William “Billy” Reynolds, a highly sought after drug and alcohol counselor, interventionist and speaker, today announced the release of his new memoir, Finding Grace. Available on Amazon, Finding Grace chronicle’s Billy’s journey from a stable home to a gangster who spends 20 years in prison and unlocks the path to recovery and redemption.

Born in a New York suburb, Billy’s story begins with his idyllic childhood as the oldest of four children. One day, Billy’s life is shaken to the core when his father unexpectedly abandons the family, resulting in a battle with homelessness and addiction. Feeling pressured to step into his father’s role as head of the household, Billy becomes involved in criminal activities soon becoming the leader of the notorious high profile crime ring called the 7-11 Gang, an alcoholic and opioid addict himself. In the chaos of his environment, Billy attempts to shoot a federal agent, leading to him serving over 20 years in the California prison system.

Finding Grace A hardened prisoner with major gang affiliations, Billy is eventually transferred to a maximum security prison where he walks into a secured housing unit cell to find a book that leads him to a spiritual awakening and eternal salvation. Billy’s story will instill readers with awe, hope and faith while teaching them how to live life one day at a time. “I’m excited to finally share my story with the world,” said Billy Reynolds. “I became a certified alcohol and drug counselor back in 2013, and I believe that my hard work and zeal for caring for others has helped take me this far in my profession. As a recovering addict, and having lost my brother to addiction, I have made a commitment to myself and the rest of my family to always do all I can to help others from having to experience the pain and suffering we have had to endure. There is no better feeling in the world than helping get a family’s loved one safely into a treatment program. Watching the affected individual and their family heal from the disease of drug addiction is priceless.” As a recovering addict with 17 years of sobriety, Billy’s work has led to sobriety for hundreds of individuals. Today he is a renowned speaker. Billy serves as vice president of RecoverU, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rehabilitation center based in San Clemente, that supports those struggling with addiction to find true freedom and lasting recovery built on a strong foundation. You can hear his testimony here (https://www.recoveruoc.com/news).

Finding Grace is available for purchase on Amazon and retails for $9.99 https://www.amazon.com/Finding-Grace-William-Reynolds/dp/B0BHL3234L)
