The Bedford, Balham, is a popular entertainment venue which has helped launch the careers of Ed Sheeran and Michael McIntyre. A historic site, dating back to 1931, its interior was fully refurbished and updated in a multi-million-pound project in 2018.
Concorde BGW was contracted to complete extensive renovations to this 22,000 sq. ft. pub, with fit-outs across the site's many interior spaces, which include five bars, a restaurant, four private rooms and the 250-capacity live music club.
Once planning permission was obtained, 15 individually designed, luxury en-suite bedrooms were built on the second and third floors, and given unique fit-outs, adding a luxury hotel to the extensive entertainment venue.
The updated interior fit-outs give the site a decadent, yet cosy and welcoming environment befitting its status as an unrivalled entertainment destination, and provide the ideal space to enjoy the artisan food and drink served at the venue.
