Color plays a vital and important role in the world we live in. Color influences the way we think, changes actions, and causes reactions. Color is irreplaceable. Color has the same strength in the fashion industry. Color is extremely powerful, and just as one chooses the clothes they wear as a representation of their true identity they chose the colors they wear in the same manner. The colors we choose for our wardrobe are a direct correlation of who we are and how we wish to be seen. This report will cover the trending color stories for Spring/ Summer 2018 in women’s fashion. It will dive in to four different color palettes for the season and in the next publication show street style inspiration on how to wear them. The four color stories are: Stone, Chalk, Treasure, and Radiance. Stone is a fresh and exciting new take on a neutral color palette. Chalk features a pastel inspired range sure to attract the eyes of others. Treasure features a fine array of captivating jewel tone hues. And lastly Radiance is a range of saturated colors that are robust with energy.
