DBCC LEGAL LIMIT 20L ET
The first homo polled herdsire prospect to sell off the prolific donor DBCC Fools Gold 2F. Legal Limit is backed by several influential Limousin cattle that drive the foundation of many breeder programs today. Anchor B Gold Rush, Anchor B Bailey, B Bar Nicole 28E, Hunts Credentials 37C ET! Sound footed, big nutted and big time potential in this rascal. He may be the best kept secret at Double B!

DBCC/VLE KITTYHAWK 19K
The first daughter to sell off our new walking herdsire LFLC Joker 250J! This female is off a first time calver and the 777 Cattle Hawkins daughters are milking heavy and we couldn’t be happier to see the potential these females have for years to come and the type we strive to produce easy doing, fault free structure and the maternal look that any astute breeder can appreciate. Morning Mist would be a great junior project!
Double B and Venture Livestock would like to entertain the option with the new owner to showcase her for the 2024 fall show run!

EMF MISTY 410M
Stop and take a look at this black, homo polled heifer. She is sired by our herd sire, Pinnacle’s Kanas City 8K, who was the high seller at Pinnacle’s sale in 2023. Kanas City, stamps his calves with muscle, growth and hair and THE 410M has all these traits. THE 410M is backed by a proven cow family that continuously delivers cattle who are sought after. THE 410M would be competitive in the showring and go on to produce the stout and muscled calves the Limousin breed is known for. We would gladly work with junior members for the 2025 Impact Show in Swift Current.
SIRE PINNACLE’S KANSAS CITY 8K
When this sweet thing hit the ground and was only a couple of days old, I had text Wayne and Anne and said.... holy buckets! Ladies and gents, she hasn’t disappointed us. A female that has caught a lot of attention this summer and for good reason. The depth of body and capacity she profiles is striking yet sustains that look in an attractive way that has brood cow alert in the making! The maternal side of this mating is something to note as she is off the 2022 National Limousin Champion Female, Pinch Hill Fantasy 824F. This cow hasn’t missed for the Homer family and one we will hear for years to come. RETAINING THE RIGHT TO ONE SUCCESSFUL FLUSH AT THE BUYERS CONVENIENCE!

heifer anyone?
RPY PAYNES MARGO 38M
The Guns N Roses progeny have gotten a lot of attention in our show string the last two show seasons. Eden Meadows & Hard Rock Cattle also campaigned a Guns heifer, RPY Paynes Kassidy 144K, in ’23 dominating the shows they attended and topping the year off with CWA Grand Champion Female. Our Spicy RPY 90G cow descends from the well -known IVY’s Sweet Touch cow family. Back in the day the IVY outfit were the toughest string to compete against in the Limo barn. 38M is going to turn some heads this fall. We appreciate her depth of body and clean front end, she definitely has the desired look of the modern day show female. We like this one! Retaining the right to one successful flush.
A dark cherry female that will be the last to be offered off a maternal foundation changer for us, Circle T Fight Club. Midnight Mess Around carries alot of the characteristics that we see in all of her sires progeny. Wide based, stout, and easy doing. This female has a bright future and would be a great addition to anyones heifer pen!

Donor potential anyone?
If you were to draw a perfectly made female in our books she would look like 20M. Flawless in her design AND backed by a powerful pedigree. EDW Beach Body has been the most influential red brood matron in our herd.
Wulfs Hyannis offers a different pedigree for our program and we are pleased with how he has bred. There are lots of future breeding options for 20M that will produce a purebred calf, or even go ahead and breed percentage offspring with what seems to be a popular growing trend. RPY 20M is 88%, homozygous polled and one hundred percent good! Retaining the right to one successful flush.

Here is another beautiful 777 Hawkins daughter that we are excited to offer up this year. Mockingjay is a nice moderate female that’s really great structured with lots of muscle and style. She’s been one of the most docile and curious calves, always walking up to people on our pasture tours. 1M will make a great addition to anyones herd and could be a great fit for a junior project.
Another really nice daughter of Paynes Tank 12G ET going back to a beautiful Dodger female that we think a lot about. She’s soft made, easy doing, deep flanked and really docile. We sold a maternal sib off of HLC/DBCC Flatliner 05F ET back in our 2023 bull sale that was outstanding and we think Luna has a lot of the same great qualities.

DAM LIMOLYN COLETTE CLF 520C
at 9 years old
Thick, long bodied, easy doing and quiet is the best way to describe THE 26L. With the added bonus of her dam Limolyn Colette, who was the CJLA donation cow we purchased and THE 26L mimics her dam closely. We expect THE 26L to follow in the footsteps of her dam and pass on consistency, thickness and docility into her calves.
AI bred to Royal Jester, April 16/24 and pasture exposed to JYF 71K May 1/24 to June 15/24. Vet’s opinion safe to AI date.

777 ELUSIVE 125L
What can I say about 777 Elusive? The proof is in the pedigree! She’s Backed by one of the strongest cows I have ever owned, Circle T Elusive Mist, and sired by DBCC Hard pressed who consistently throws length and muscle into his progeny wich is easy to see in this female. 125L or as I like to call her “Little Elusive” is a maternal sib to both 777 Hawkins and DBCC/777 The Kraken that have really continued to excel our program and we feel she can go on to do that for someone else as well. She is bred safe for middle to end of January to our new and exciting heifer bull ROMN Light It Up 113L. That’s a mating we are extremely excited to see!

This DBCC Hacksaw daughter is a very complete, stylish heifer. THE 22L’s dam and granddam are deep, thick, long bodied females that produce topnotch calves. We have retained many females from this cow family in our herd, as they consistently deliver the type of calves that any producer would want year after year.
THE 22L was AI bred to Richmond Crusader, April 16/24 and pasture exposed to JYF 71K May 1/24 to June 15/24. Vet’s opinion safe to AI date.

This is what to expect from the 777 Cattle Hawkins progeny. Moderate framed, bold ribbed and big time potential in these young females. The maternal strength in this gals bloodlines are something to note as she carries the genetics from all the maternal foundation walking herdsires at Double B! Bred to our new exciting walking herdsire, LFLC Joker 250J, we think this mating could be a great ROI for her new owner.

DAM ARLEY’S FRISCO
Dark cherry red anyone?
A homo polled daughter of, King of the Ring Champion, RPY Paynes Rush 1H. Frisco, the dam of 46L, came out of the Toronto Royal sale from the Arley program and is proving to be a top producer for us. We have a bunch of Diesel daughters in our herd and they are good cows. We were looking through the cows this summer and it occurred to me we have a herd of really nice uddered females and you know that is something to be proud of. Lots to admire about 46L beyond her hair coat. We are confident she will be a profitable addition to anyone’s herd.

RPY PAYNES LOVEY 41L ET
We flushed our “Jonesy” cow with the intent to add her outstanding milk production and udder type to our program. We have had great success with our Guns progeny, he adds the depth of body, and freedom of movement that we are striving for in our herd. Guns females are developing into beautiful young cows, we have a two year old in the show pen that has a perfect udder. We expect 41L will have the same. Carrying the service of many times champion, Hitman, adds the Zena influence, our most proven and successful black brood matron, to the mix. We look forward to seeing how 41L and her future progeny turn out. Bred April 5, 2024 to RPY Paynes Hitman 67J.
Front pasture female anyone?
34L is a homo polled daughter of New Life Henry, we purchased Henry with BBar Cattle, he was a bull that phenotypically caught our eye and added some new genetics to our breeding program. 34L is well balanced, correct, and sound. She has a presence that makes you stop and look. She is a maternal sib to our 38M heifer calf in the sale. I do believe the RPY 90G cow will be heading to the donor pen having watched her two daughters develop. Bred early to the proven RPY Paynes Redman 1G, should see this quality heifer easily into her future. Bred March 28, 2024 RPY Paynes Redman 1G.

Interesting service sire anyone?
We have a few Rush daughters on our place and he is a sire that we will be bringing back into our breeding program based on the udder development, frame size and the look these females are exhibiting. 18L is out of another top producing Diesel daughter that traces back to some of our original foundation bloodlines. There are not a lot of opportunities recently to acquire a Credentials breeding. The resulting calf from this mating has the potential to pay for the cow the first year. Bred March 24, 2024 Hunt Credentials 37C.
EDEN MEADOWS FARM
This cherry red, deep sided, thick, homo polled female was difficult for us to part with. THE 3L has a pedigree that is hard to beat with some of the strongest producers in the breed on both sides. Her granddam, THE 25Y cow, who is arguably one of our best and most proven cow families that consistently produces top calves that are highly sought after. DBCC Hacksaw sired daughter’s who are thick, easy doing with nice udders and are developing into awesome cows. Pasture exposed to JYF 71K May 1/24 to June 15/24. Vet’s opinion due mid February/25.
