architecture. The project consisted of 340 apartments varying from 125 m2 to 170m2. Retail spaces at sea side level and Parking at the basement level.
The residential project GHH5 is comprised of two blocks with flexible plans, that create favorable places for living (apartments varying between 70 and 150 m2), and avoide the monotonous aspect of the facades. The different types of opening

that weave throughout the façade are punctuated by a continuous horizontal frame. Similarly, this dynamic trace offers diversity in a harmonious continuity. This horizontal straight grid is sequenced by terraces, recessed balconies, planters, windows... The greenery, the key factor in this project, is repeated on different levels of the elevations. Strips of different materials and treatments are scrolled within a unique and lively composition. Land Area: 3,050 m² BUA: 13,975 m²

the project. The façade is animated with a pleasant rhythm of transparent transversal hallways and distribution circulation cores, lined by horizontal suspended gardens projecting the greenery from the focal garden onto the external façade.
The project is comprised of Parcels E1 & E2 on which a series of buildings articulated around an internal central garden, creating a U shaped block. The U shaped building breaks at 2 points creating vertical breaches that catch the eye, allowing for the wind
The residential block houses 7 types of apartments, from 83 to 118 m², piling up onto 9 floors, with a car parking in the basement. Land Area: 8,848 m² BUA: 41,425 m² Services Provided: Full Design and Supervision flow, and illuminating the whole. On the Ground level, the pedestrian experience is also animated with a pleasant rhythm of transparent transversal hallways that lead into the different buildings and converge with the landscape onto the centre of the private garden. The naturally lit circulation cores are confined to the elevator, the staircases, and the distributing lobby in between, avoiding long corridors. Land Area: 6,835 m² BUA: 33,865 m²

METOLONG DAM PROJECT “ ” The completion of the Metolong Dam and Water Supply Program marks a major milestone in the economic and social development of Lesotho because over 500,000 people are reaping benefit from this program Said King Letsei III
The Metolong Dam and raw water pump station project is located in Lesotho Kingdom. The dam and water treatment plant sites are located in Maseru District, adjacent to the villages of Ha Seeiso, Metolong and Ha Makotoko on the South Phuthiatsana River about 35 km from Maseru. The project includes the construction of a 83metrehigh roller compacted concrete(RCC) dam, crest length of 270m and impounding a 63 million m³ reservoir at the full supply level with multi stage raw water intake and pump station and raw water transmission main from the dam to a downstream water treatment facility.

Our Associated Firm was Arcus GIBB Holdings (Pty) Ltd, (GIBB) of South Africa
Funding Agencies KFAED, BADEA SAUDI FUND, OPEC ,OFID pump station with a capacity of 2.4 m3/sec. The design included the HVAC system for the station as well as I&C for both the dam and the station. The services include preparation of the preliminary design reports as well as final reports, preparation of tender documents, pre-qualification documents, construction program and cost estimates. In addition, the services include evaluation of contractors as well as evaluation of bidder’s
offers. Dam safety related documents as required by OP4.37 (Dam Safety) are prepared and the training plan of Client’s staff.

The Marina Luanda, a private developer has taken the initiation to develop high quality urban recreational spaces for a land of 840,000 sq.m.in the Bay of Chicala, located in the city of Luanda. The objective of the development plan is to design an integrated urban space and landscape which would create a profound and sustainable impact on the urban restoration program of “Marginal da Luanda”, as well as its urban integration with the project of «Marina Luanda» in addition to the participation of existing urban elements at the east margin of New Marginal Luanda, Praia do Bispo. The development plan proposed a Master Plan with the necessary infrastructure for the conduct of nautical sports, aquatic and others, as well as the scenarios to watch their competitions, “an observation balcony”. Likewise, through the spaces and buildings suitable for this purpose. The plan ensured and enhanced cultural and leisure activities, as well as economy and tourism that will increase the capacity and competitiveness of the city of Luanda at the international level. The development plan included the following: •Implement a state-of-the-art public realm that creates a memorable pedestrian experience and establishes strong northsouth and east-west connections •Establish a pedestrian waterfront walkway around the entire perimeter of the development, that fosters a continuous yet diversified waterfront experience for pedestrians, cyclists and joggers •Pedestrianize the development; strategically restricting vehicular access and increasing livability for its visitors •Revitalize the slum areas neighborhoods and reintegrate them socially and economically •Protect Chicala Bay Development erosion and sea level rise by building additional protective coastal reefs, storm surge barriers and public buffer zones •Protect and celebrate Angolan cultural and historic assets by maintaining and connecting them, paying homage to the city’s past while celebrating its future •Develop and integrate waterfronts by creating sustainable mixed-use tourist developments along both waterfronts, and connecting them with green corridors •Diversify and repopulate Chicala by fostering vibrant and heterogeneous communities of fishermen and local traditions •Expand and diversify the Chicala touristic assets; establish it as a competitive world class destination; brand its uniqueness; and market its richness

Camama – Talatona Road Angola

Tripoli Beach Park, Libya
Touristic area in Tripoli, that consists of Footbridge with length of 110m and 5m width, Restaurant with total area of 1500m2, Coffee Shop with an estimated area of 500m2, a 700m long promenade, and landscaped areas within the total site with a total area of 40,000m2, total project area is 150,000 m2. The main public park is situated between the main coastal road and an upper secondary and service road. The park consists of green areas, pedestrian
pathways connecting different components of the project, lookouts, picnic areas, and children playgrounds, as well as kiosks areas serving the different needs of the public. Connection areas to public transit were allocated and parking spaces was designated. Special attention to exterior lighting was considered since Tripoli residents tend to use outdoor spaces during night time, especially during hot summer nights. The project is considered the first designed
and executed public park in Tripoli. Faisal Islamic Bank HQ Sudan

Consolidated Consultants Group won third place for best architectural design in an International Architectural competition for Faisal Islamic Bank Sudan’s new headquarters, a contract that was competed for by a group of leading International Engineering Firms specialize in architectural design. The ranking obtained by Consolidated Consultants Group is significant as it includes designing the Faisal Islamic Bank (Sudan) and its subsidiaries, in addition to the Faisal Cultural Center, which aims to support the surrounding local communities. Consolidated Consultants Group’s design was characterized by elegance and precision, and it helped to achieve the overall project’s main objectives, which included using an environmentally-friendly design that takes into account holistic sustainability, creates comfortable interior spaces, and combines contemporary architectural techniques with elements and overtones from Sudanese heritage and local architecture. The selection committee was chaired by Dr. Rasim Badran, winner of the Aga Khan Award for Architecture, and its membership included Dr. Masao Quemoy, Dr. Abdullah Khogali, and Eng. Murtada Maath. His Highness Prince Amr bin Mohammed bin Faisal Al Saud sponsored the selection of the winners and presentation of awards.
