The Construction Institute is a leading network and a neutral forum for ex changing new ideas, knowledge, and opportunities while creating stronger collaborative relationships among in dustry stakeholders. Our members are the creators and caretakers of the built environment. They include a broad and multidisciplinary range of industry professionals - owners and facility managers, architects and en gineers, contractors and subcontrac tors, project managers, consultants, technologists, manufacturers and distributors, governmental agencies, lawyers, accountants, and many other support services.

Design a Company Culture

Participants will work in teams with facilitators to first design a company culture and then brainstorm how to best engage the company’s team to guarantee success. The teams’ ideas will be published as a white paper.
