I’ve just been reading your latest blog at futurehealthmanagement. co.uk/metabolic-balance-life where you say you’re taking part in the Metabolic Balance programme yourself. Has it been hard so far?

It’s not been hard, though you do have to make small changes and follow the programme’s eight rules.

For example, eating a meal should not exceed 60 minutes – and you are required to eat three meals a day.

In just eight days I have already lost 4lbs and my BMI has gone down 0.7. Plus I’m sleeping more deeply.

Imagine what it can do for people suffering from high cholesterol or diabetes.

The plan also does wonders for your skin, and changes are noticeable in a few days.

It’s all in the balance Nutritionist Christina Martin of Future Health Management has recently qualified as a Metabolic Balance coach. She explains in our Q&A how the award-winning weight management programme works.

“Metabolic Balance” sounds like something straight out of Hollywood! Can it help us here in Ealing? How does it actually work?
