NUOVA ACCURIOLABEL 400

La nuova AccurioLabel 400 è ovviamente disponibile presso lo showroom di Konica Minolta a Milano per demo di stampa, test e approfondimenti. is now 2400x3600 dpi, doubling that of AccurioLabel 230, so printing quality is comparable to offset, also thanks to the choice of 14 different types of screens. An absolute novelty for the world of Konica

Minolta labels is the introduction of the IQ (Intelligent Quality) module, which has already been adopted on sheetfed machines for the past 5 years, to obtain a significant competitive advantage, especially for the customer who can thus automatically manage register control, density calibration, color control and automatic profiling, extremely simplified actions for the operator, who must not be necessarily an expert printer.

The machine is equipped with the fifth color station dedicated to white toner, with a very high opacity, similar to screen printing, to obtain an excellent result in a single step and in a single process. The overprint kit is standard on all machines and there is high compatibility with all print media, including textured, embossed papers or not-adhesive transparent films.

In terms of productivity, AccurioLabel 400 reaches 40 meters per minute in four-colour printing, as well as in the case of white or black+white printing, while in 5-colour printing, therefore with white, the speed is reduced to 20 meters per minute.

The machine is designed to guarantee productivity and in fact can perform continuous jobs up to 3000 linear meters, thanks to the housing of the 800mm diameter webs and the large toner tanks, which can also be replaced without stopping the machine.

As regards the controller, there is a double possibility, that is to mount a Konica Minolta model perfectly integrated with the print engine, which can be accessed via LAN from any PC, or it is possible to foresee a Creo controller in case there is a need to manage the variable data.

Last point, but perhaps the most important on which it is worth paying attention is the ease of use of the machine. In fact, Konica Minolta’s philosophy is to simplify its technologies as much as possible, which must be managed by operators with short-term training. This is possible thanks to software such as AccurioPro Flux with Label Impose which simplifies all prepress operations, but also thanks to all the automation with which the machine is equipped.

The new AccurioLabel 400 is obviously available at Konica Minolta showroom in Milan for print demos, tests and various insights.
