19th Passover Convocation: Praying for Revival in the Jubilee Year, Touching Many Communities of Israel Editor’s Note: Our Exploits Magazine cover photo is embroidery of King David by an Ethiopian Jewish immigrant to Israel.
By Christine Darg During our 19th Passover Convocation in Israel, the Holy Spirit was present in our evening convocations as we prayed for Revival. By the grace of God, our group was able also to impact many diverse communities that reside within Israel, including Orthodox Jews, Israeli Beduins, Jewish immigrants from Ethiopia, and the newest Aramean movement among the Arabic-speaking Christians. In one evening’s offering we collected more

than $2,000 for the Coby Mandell Foundation, which ministers to the needs of terror victims. In Nazareth, we visited the 12th Century church of the brave man of God, Father Gabriel Naddaf, who is responsible for many Christian Arameans (formerly identified as Palestinians) enlisting in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Exploits Ministry partners gave $3,500 toward a new church and community center for Father Naddaf ’s pro-Israel movement within the Orthodox Christian community. He is teaching Christian Arabs to integrate into the Jewish state that protects their welfare. We were called to help birth and guard this movement which is experiencing fierce spiritual warfare! We now look forward to our May 2016 Bible Congress in India and our next prayer convocation 18-23 October 2016 during the Feast of Tabernacles with the theme: “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men. . . .” (Revelation 3: 21) Details at www.exploits.tv --To register email yairmazur@gmail.com Bob O’Dell Declaring God’s Revival Promises for Jubilee Year!

Five Signs of the Lord!s Return By Christine Darg Do you believe in the Second Coming? Although Jesus said He will return as a thief in the night, true believers will not be caught by total surprise when the Lord returns! Not at all! It’s the unbelievers who will be taken by surprise. But YOU, brethren, Paul said in 1 Thessalonians 5, the Lord’s coming will not overtake YOU by surprise, because we’re children of light and not children of darkness. In fact, believers are supposed to recognize the season of the Lord’s return by watching for all the signs He gave us! The church has always taught the doctrine of the Second Coming, but for many decades there have been major warning signs of his imminent return. God always sends warnings before judgments are poured out. He’s not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance and be saved. The Lord warned the world through Noah for 120 years. But careless people of Noah’s day were like the clueless of today—eating, drinking, marrying (and in our case changing marriage laws), and suddenly the flood came. Noah’s generation couldn’t say they weren’t warned. And so God is sending out many red alerts to the world today. He’s alerting us that His Son is about to return. We see all the warnings-global terrorism, earthquakes, diseases, chaos in the cities, signs in the blood moons and freakish weather, tsunamis, apostasy in the churches, robotics and all the end-time technology alluded to in the Book of Revelation. I’d like to mention five signs that point to the soon coming of Jesus. The first is the rebirth of Israel, yet at the same time a menacing increase of anti-Semitism. Anti-Israel prejudice and hatred seems inconceivable after the horrors of the Holocaust, and yet Zechariah 12:3 said all nations will come against the Jews and Jerusalem. Sign 2: increasing lawlessness, the debauchery and strong delusion that’s falling like a blanket over our nations. Good is called evil and evil is called good. 2 Thessalonians 2: 11 predicted that God would send a strong delusion because people reject the Gospel and don’t love the truth. And since they are so obsessed with evil, God rubs their noses in it—he gives them what they want. A third sign among many is that corrupt politicians are disappointing us so that people are looking for a strongman to solve the world’s problems. The Bible
unfortunately calls such a leader the Anti-Christ. A fourth sign of the soon return of the Lord is the fact that the once dominant western nations aren’t prevalent in the Bible in End-time scenarios due to the apostasy and decline of JudeoChristian values. Instead, the Bible gives us the primary players --Israel, Russia and Iran. Not too long ago a Hindu goddess was lit up in garish colored lights on the Empire State Building in New York City. There was a time when the Empire State building and other New York buildings were lit with crosses on Resurrection Sunday, but now such a gesture would be politically incorrect. I want to concentrate on a fifth sign of the Lord’s soon return, and that’s the irony that the closer we get to the coming of the Lord, the more the doctrine of the Rapture and the Second Coming are being mocked! Believers in the “blessed hope” of the Lord’s appearing are being mocked as escapists and zombie Christians. What is the truth? In the New Testament the Apostle John said that born-again believers have an anointing, the indwelling Presence of the Holy Spirit, who teaches us all we need to know about everything. While God has appointed teachers and preachers in the Body of Messiah, nevertheless we also have an inner anointing, an inward alarm, that alerts us if a doctrine is false. When we receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior, his Holy Spirit condescends to live inside us, giving us intuitive power that enables us to recognize the good and the bad, and even to know intuitively the will of God as we learn to follow the Holy Spirit’s leading. We learn day by day to trust the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Now if we have a problem, it’s our tendency to seek out another believer’s opinion, which is all well and good to a point, because there is safety in the multitude of counsellors, but the Holy Spirit is also never wrong if we learn to follow his leadings. If you are attuned to Him, one of the things he will show you is that the Lord is returning soon. To return to my first point, there is no greater sign of the End Times than the nation of Israel. The return of the Jewish people from the “four corners of the earth” to their own land amid
much anti-Semitism is an exact fulfillment of Bible prophecies! Yet the Scriptures foretold that when the Jews are regathered, the Holy Land will experience a renaissance! “This desolate land has become like the garden of Eden.” And it’s true. We invite you to come on one of our many prayer convocations in Israel to see for yourself. Jesus said End-time signs will intensify like “birth pangs” as His return draws near. But those who actually anticipate the Lord’s Appearing are a rare fellowship. Ever since I was a young teenager, I began to experience dreams about the Second Coming of Jesus, dreams particularly about the event known as the Rapture. Jesus said two persons will be in bed; one will be taken and the other will be left. On the other side of the world, two persons will be working in the field; one will be taken (or raptured) and the other will be left. The Apostle Paul revealed in 1 Thessalonians 4: 17 that the Lord himself will descend with a shout and with the shofar of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first and then afterwards those of us who are alive and remain will be caught up together with the resurrected dead in the clouds to be with the Lord forever. So as strange as it may seem, the Rapture is an event foretold in the Bible. At the end of Jacob’s Trouble, the Great Tribulation, Jesus will return with the resurrected and raptured saints, who will all have immortal bodies, to rule this earth from Jerusalem for a thousand years. The Bible differentiates between the Rapture and the Second Coming as two stages that are related but separate. In a number of Scriptures, Jesus said he will be coming FOR His Church, but in other Scriptures, he revealed he will come WITH his church. For example, Luke 21:36 speaks of Jesus coming FOR his church: “Watch therefore, and pray always, that you may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.” John 14:1-4 speaks of Jesus coming FOR his church: “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.” Revelation 3:10 is another verse in which Jesus says he will come FOR his church. “Since you
have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth.” But there are other scriptures that describe the Second Coming of Jesus WITH his church. These verses include Zechariah 14: 5, 1 Corinthians 3: 13 and Jude 1: 14. All three of these verses state that the Lord will come WITH all the saints. Colossians 3:4 also speaks of the Lord coming WITH his church: “When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.” Some verses describe a Rapture when Jesus appears ONLY to the Church. Hebrews 9:28, “And unto them that look for Him shall He appear the second time.” On the other hand, other verses describe His Second Coming when every eye will see him coming in power and great glory and the tribes of the earth shall mourn over him! Do you see the differences? Believers are not promised immunity from suffering. Just look how the church in the Middle East is being heavily persecuted once again. But believers ARE promised immunity from the wrath of God. 1 Thessalonians 1:10 is an important verse in this light, admonishing us to wait for Jesus who will deliver us from the wrath to come. We can have no any idea what the wrath of God is like. There is only one other time in history when God poured His wrath upon the entire earth, and that was the world-wide flood. But prior to the flood, God removed Noah and his family in the ark. Likewise, in the Rapture, God will remove all true believers from the earth (the Lord’s bride). And then God will rain down his judgments on the earth while saving the nation of Israel!
By Christine Darg For years we have prayed, interceded, preached the Gospel and lived in the spirit of Revival. I have seen real Revival a number of times in Israel, Arabia, Africa and India, and I always believe faith is NOW and Revival is NOW! During our recent Passover Conference in Jerusalem, my Root Source friend Bob O’Dell spoke on Revival and the Jubilee Year, and afterwards we arranged for shofars to shatter strongholds of cynicism and unbelief prophetically. Then I felt led to ask David Bogenrief, trumpeter for the Lord, to play prophetically the spirited tune “Reveille.” That’s the bugle call used to wake military personnel at sunrise. (David plays his trumpet all over the world, and his brother is an official trumpeter for the US military.) This prophetic trumpet call was to be yet another RISE AND SHINE alert for the Church at large to WAKE UP! Our event just happened to be on (rise and shine) Resurrection Sunday on the Hebrew calendar! The purpose of the conference was to celebrate the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord during Passover and not some other out-ofsynch time devised by the churches in the past. This was our 19th Passover Conference to believe for Revival in Israel and the Church in the last days! “The 19th year of Passover Conferences, culminating in a call for revival on the Jubilee year,” O’Dell observed, “has the same progressive pattern as the founding of Israel! Israel was founded in 1948, but its 19th year was a Jubilee in 1967. May the Lord do something magnificent this year, just like He did in 1967!” The name Reveille comes from réveille (or réveil), the French word for “wake up.” Although there are no official lyrics to “Reveille,” these unofficial lyrics have been popularized and they really “preach:” Rev-eil-lee! Rev-eil-lee is sounding
The bugle calls you from your sleep; it is the break of day. You’ve got to do your duty or you will get no pay. Come, wake yourself, rouse yourself out of sleep. . . The bright signs of day are here, so get up and do not delay. Get Up! It has been said: if our governments don’t rein in the spirit of jihad, if we don’t restrain and stop politically correct attitudes and the death of free speech, it will be too late in just five years or less. So THEN, providentially, I asked David Bogenrief to play “Taps” over certain spirits that must be reined in, restrained and bound. “Taps” is a bugle call played at dusk and funerals by the United States armed forces. This was completely unrehearsed. I couldn’t remember the words of “Taps,” but thankfully, ministry associate Nancy Crowell from the USA has a gift for recalling lyrics in such prophetic moments. Friends, I believe the lyrics became a “now” word from the Spirit of the Living God and can be interpreted in a number of ways. . . for the Last Days, for Revival and for the sooncoming Rapture: Day is done, gone the sun From the lakes, from the hills, from the sky All is well, safely rest God is nigh. Fading light dims the sight And a star gems the sky, gleaming bright From afar, drawing near Falls the night. Thanks and praise for our days Neath the sun, ‘neath the stars’, ‘neath the sky’ As we go, this we know GOD IS NIGH! From Jerusalem we say: Amen, Church! Rise, shine! Be alert! The Lord has come and He is coming! Revival is NOW!
Canon Andrew White At our 19th Passover Seder in Jerusalem Each of our prophetic Passover meals is unique, and this year, our seder was like a foretaste of the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. We are processing in our hearts and in our spiritual DNA all that the Holy Spirit accomplished in our 22 to 27 April convocation. Jesus (Yeshua) said in Luke 24: 44 after his Resurrection, “This is what I told you while I was still with you. Everything must be fulfilled that is written about Me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms.” Amen! His story is

still ongoing and unfolding! When He returns, more aspects of the holy Scriptures will be fulfilled. In the meantime, we are standing in the gap for Israel and the nations. Will you continue to support us in this great and holy work? Among three pieces of
" R i gh teou s G en ti l es Am on g The N ati o n sʼ While visiting the grave of Oskar Schindler in Jerusalem, we learned about the term ‘Righteous Gentiles Among the Nations,’ a title of honor given by the State of Israel to non-Jews. These heroes helped to save Jewish lives during the Nazi Holocaust but notably they also dared to risk their own lives. Schindler was immortalized in “Schindler’s List,” but he famously regretted not saving more lives. We lay down our lives for the Gospel and for the salvation of Israel, but the Bible teaches that salvation and righteousness are obtained by grace through faith. Righteousness is not our own doing. It is the gift of God lest any man should boast. (Ephesians 2:8; 1 Corinthians 1: 30)
unleavened bread, the “dessert” of every seder, the Afikomen, is the broken second piece of matza that is wrapped in a napkin shroud and hidden, to be discovered later at the end of the meal. Yeshua is the Bread of Life still waiting to be discovered by Israel. That will be the day! Selah!
The Age of Miracles Has Never Been Withdrawn! You will believe in miracles when you need one! The healing power of God has never been withdrawn. He is the same! In fact, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.” (Hebrews 13: 8) He is always totally himself. Therefore there should be a consistency in the faith level of those who claim to follow Jesus. If he doesn’t change, and our faith level should reflect his limitless power! When God formed man from the dust of the ground, he breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul. (Genesis 2:7) The Aramaic renders it, “man became a speaking spirit.” I love that! And what are we supposed to speak? Faith or doubt? Love or hate? Trust or unbelief? You’ve heard the expression that an angry man “breathes out threats.” Well, faith-filled, Spiritfilled believers should continually breathe out words of faith and love. Our breath should be saturated with the spirit of faith, not the spirit of unbelief. When we receive a disheartening report, rather than breathing out discouragement and doubt, let us breathe out faith words! “Take words with you and return to the Lord.” (Hosea 14: 2) 1 Corinthians 12: 28 declares, “And God has placed [not withdrawn!] in the church first of all apostles, secondly prophets, third teachers, then miracles. . . .” The word in the Greek is dunamis = miraculous power. This verse declares that miracles are set in the church, obviously for the duration of the Church Age, yet I’m astonished by the unbelief in the churches. Many teach the day of miracles has ceased. Yet there is a prohibition in the Torah
against adding to or subtracting from the Word of God. When preachers say God has withdrawn healings, gifts and miracles, they have subtracted from the Word! We refuse to add to the Word of God, but we also refuse to subtract from the Word! I absolutely refuse to believe that miracles are obsolete! Yet when people crave a healing miracle, they look for a person of faith. They don’t go to a cessationist preacher for prayer! I’m continually shocked by the levels of unbelief in the churches, yet Jesus encountered the same problem in his hometown, due to unbelief. Israel’s first prime minister, David Ben Gurion, famously said, “In Israel, to be a realist you have to believe in miracles!” We see many answers to prayers because God is very carefully watching over those who BELIEVE his Word and who faithfully support his heart concerning Israel, the End-times and the nations. Jesus clearly said, “according to your faith, let it be unto you.” Healing is a sign gift for unbelievers— we’ve seen many healings to verify the truth of the Gospel. Some professing believers have been victims of doubts, fears and unbelief for so long that they’re afraid to believe; they regard faith as a dangerous presumption. Holy courage, brave reliance upon God and confidence in prayer are treated suspiciously. So let’s repent of our doubt, unbelief and fears and get back to absorbing and reading the Word. Then we will know God, and because we know his thoughts and his words, Daniel 11:32 declares we will do exploits! Amen!
