as Kristen seeks solace in fellow salem refugee lani Price (sal stowers) – who’s also planning to become a nun and fi nd salvation after breaking eli’s (lamon archey) heart by giving into Gabi’s (Camila Banus) blackmail and jilting eli on their wedding day – JJ roams salem, taking drugs and demanding updates on Kristen’s whereabouts.

Ultimately overhearing a conversation between eli and Gabi who are also on Kristen’s tail to prevent her relinquishing the DiMera fortune to the church, JJ follows eli to Rome. There, he stalks his every move before stealing his gun from his hotel room.

Several Genoa City’s romances are in jeopardy as the enigmatic Amanda attracts the attention of the menfolk!

Mysterious lawyer Amanda Sinclair’s wasting no time stamping her mark on Genoa City and making an impression on the town’s residents. She’s already made an enemy of Elena, who hates the way she’s gotten under her boyfriend Devon’s skin by helping to disinherit him of Katherine’s head-turning fortune. As a result, Devon (Bryton James) has been so distracted by the drama – not to mention Amanda’s (Mishael Morgan) identical appearance to his late wife Hilary – that he suffers nightmares and bizarre dreams... Hilary appears to him, tells him her death was just a dream and kisses him... before she turns into Amanda! Not surprisingly, his relationship with Elena (Brytni Sarpy) is suffering and she continues to accuse Amanda of being a golddigger out to nick his fortune. Devon may be wilting in her presence but so is Billy (Jason Thompson) when he’s stranded with her during a storm. Feeling miserable about his aimless life, Billy fi nds Amanda to be a rather pleasant distraction that prompts him to put distance between himself and Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Unable to resist, Billy soon grows closer to Amanda and the sexual electricity between them is palpable – he needs to think with his other major organ or risk throwing away everything he has with Victoria...

However, Billy isn’t the only guy Amanda has her eye on. Since coming to town, she’s made close friends with Nate (Sean Dominic), who’s willing to believe that she’s sincere in her actions and has no designs on Devon’s money. This continues to put him at odds with his girlfriend Abby (Melissa Ordway), who’s a staunch Devon supporter and deems Amanda a scam artist and dodgy dealer. The antipathy between Nate and Abby only draws him closer to Amanda and, as she enjoys the attention, Nate makes it clear he wants to be more than friends!

One man who isn’t falling for Amanda’s charms is the oft-suspicious Victor (Eric Braeden), who’s had his doubts about the Hilary lookalike for a while. Eager to protect Devon and Katherine’’s legacy, he has his investigators dig into her history and then presents him with a dossier of information, showing that many aspects of Amanda’s past simply don’t add up. This piques Devon’s misgivings about her and he continues the investigation, keen to bring her undone.

If Amanda isn’t who she says she is, many of the town’s romances may be shattered before the truth about her is unearthed! TVS
