• What does being an entrepreneur mean to you? True entrepreneurs, are those individuals who make the biggest impact to society in a positive manner, to touch peoples live's and improve it for the better.
• What was your motivation to become an entrepreneur? 1. Wealth. One of the biggest motivations for becoming an entrepreneur is the unlimited income potential here; with the right timing and the right idea, you can build wealth that just isn't possible with a traditional career (granted, it's not that easy). 2. Flexibility. For some prospective entrepreneurs, the thrill of a flexible schedule and work environment is key. You'll get to make your own rules and create your own space, which the corporate world doesn't offer.
3. Leadership. Some entrepreneurs are thrilled at the notion of becoming a leader; they want to make their own decisions, build their own teams, and call the shots in high-pressure situations. There's a certain appeal to being in charge, and entrepreneurship is a fantastic doorway to that possibility.
• You commented a while ago thatyou wouldlike to inspire people, make them believe in the success of their ideas and projects. Don't you think that, somehow, you are doing it with your own example? To me there are two core beliefs. They believe in themselves and they believe in others. Behindthose two beliefs is a lot of hard work. When they speak of their ambitions, it is with great passion, optimism and enthusiasm. with many years of experience I’m able to share my warstories of mistakes and mentor others on how to avoid them in the future.
• A question: what didyou want to be “when you grow up”? I wanted to be a professional baseball player, my mom wanted me to be an actor . My dad would take me in the backyardafter his work and teach me the game . We would practice until it was nighttime. I was fortunate to go on and become a high school all American in baseball and receive a baseball scholarship to playat North Carolina. I was invited to workout with the LA Dodgers , Cincinnati Reds and Boston Redsox.
• What have been the biggest difficulties you encountered in this job? In business there is always issues to be resolved. Operations and management always need to be reviewed. You would be surprised how many companies we advise that are very successful but have extreme problems . Like a team every position has to execute on there skill set. If one player/ employee is slacking it could effect the entire organization.
• There will be those who think you are very lucky, so tell us also about the difficult times you have lived until you get here. The biggest struggle for most entrepreneurs is taking that first leap. It may be quitting a job, putting up a website, entering a startup Accelerator program, approaching someone with your first pitch, or just announcing your venture to the world and family and committing the dollars and credit you have.
The first is that many of the most successful billion dollar startups were launched and acquired in what most would consider the worst crises and economic times. The timing is always better than you think. Figuring it out as you go is one of the most fun and rewarding parts of being an entrepreneur. Justdo it.
• You have opened many doors, but have others been closed to you? Well a knee injury shut the door on my baseball career . I followed my dad’s footsteps who is a aerospace engineer and went on to build f- 14 and EF -111 fighter jets for the navy . But when one door shuts another always opens . I went on to Wall Street after and had a 17 year career building sports and entertainment divisions for investment banks .
• Do you think there is an objective formula that allows any businessman to achieve success? Featured snippet from the web Skill is the product of talent or potential in something multiplied by how much effort you put into it. Achievement or success is taking that skill and putting even more effort into it. “Without effort, your talent is nothing more than your unmet potential.

I am very much inspired by someone who conveys an optimistic vision ofthe future that makes sense to me, especially if that vision focuses on the opportunities or possibilities that I will have, and on what these opportunities will mean to me.
