An opportunity to enrich the lifestyle of Cooroy and near hinterland towns

Since 2021, Woolworths has owned the vacant six-hectare site at 125 Myall Street Cooroy, opposite the Cooroy Golf Club. As we begin to prepare a Development Application for a supermarket and other complementary uses, we are seeking local community input about additional services that would enrich and support the Cooroy and hinterland lifestyle.

We will be considering an overall design that reflects Cooroy’s heritage, and the unique village feel, with environmentally sustainable measures. We would like to hear your ideas before we progress with our plans.

The community is invited to contribute at an early stage to ensure plans best meet the needs of local people and their families. It is important we hear from you to contribute to the design of the site and the integration with the fabric of the community.
